this sounds like the sound of 2001.. how are they pushing the envelope? a few of those tracks have been hammered to death. i guess if u like the melodic stuff, than this is for u. personally, i think it's boring.

since when does exit or sound factory push the envelope as far as music is concerned? big deal, pvd played at sound factory last week but i doubt he'll ever play there again. he's not necessarily cutting edge anyways but that's just my opinion. i think he closed out yet again with for an angel. im not even going to bother saying anything about exit, its not even worth my time. that place is for the tourists and bridge & tunnel peeps. crap music, no vibe, and space miami drink prices.

fridays at rain is your only exeption. while nyc might not have the nice venues and the weather, it sure has the vibe to keep it chugging along. in time though another club will open that will help put this city back on the map. for the time being, we're in that slump the rest of america was feeling while twilo was open.

basically, i couldn't get a flight down to florida. my plane was delayed which would have made me miss my connecting flight in philly so they tried to accomodate on a different flight but nothing was available. the best they can do was to give me a refund. lesson learned - never take a connecting flight down to fl during the conference. its all about non stop.
