First time there,walked in,dont know the dj upstairs but he was playing some dope euro/electonic/80's sounding beats,,,good shit,,,exelent track selection,vibey decor,very chill spot!!Then I wander to the downstairs and was blown away,dancefloor was rocking,hot girls dancing their asses off,Karl Kennedy tearing it up.Didnt get to see Mac play cause I got there too late,sorry dude.After an hour of some dope beats from Mr Kennedy,Ali came on and just destroyed the place,sick shit bro,nice job!!! I didnt want to leave,but had to,The place was still jammin when I left at 3. Hands down,the best Wednesday night ive seen in a long time.good work Andy,Greg and crew

Yes ,,,every Wednesday,,,differant guest DJ's weekly tho,exept for myself and Rik Santiago who will be playing almost every week,time providing of coarse. The Pre-party was awsome last week,this week is the official start !!! First of all,these are some great threads(good reading)...I just want go on record to explain what Nation is really about....We are not trying to be or wish to be New York City.Nation is a music oriented party for Long Islanders by Long Islanders.We are not trying to immitate the cities music scene,we are simply trying to create our own.We have enough of our own talented DJ's and producers right here at home with no place to showcase their talents.This party is directed to person who loves house music,loves to hear a talented DJ's and loves to meet like minded people.We dont expect people who do not live on LI to come to our party,if they want to,they are more than welcome, we love all music minded people.The problem with the LI club scene is that the "educated" party crowd would rather travel to the city to get their fill of good music than put up with all the LI club cheesyness(myself being one of them).Thats where Nation comes in,we are building this party to give that "educated" crowd a spot to go to right here at home.Its always been my feeling that there are alot of househeads on LI with no place local to go to.We wish to fill that void with the best DJ's and music from LI and around the country,the best atmosphere for our partiers to enjoy and do it all without breaking our patrons bank.Its simple to see why people never talk badly about this party,its more of a community.
