    what's the right thing??? what do u mean? do they drop hard shit at like 11pm or something???

    When i started...i was DJing the Music Factory...a teen club. As i got older...i had opportunities to play the big clubs opening for BIG and Small DJ's. I didn't play hard, i did the right thing by playing thr right music for the right time. That is how i got my name around to the big promoters...opening and doing it right. Developing relationships with the big DJ's who i played with and not giving them the opportunity to say "This kid can't play...all he does is open and blow his load and dropping every bomb there is.." Little by little i got my recognation and got my first NYC redidencies...CHEETAH, ROXY, SOUND FACOTRY, LIMELIGHT...all those places...cause i was doing the right thing by everyone.

    listen bro.......the little dj's need to earn their way to primetime.....i worked many shitholes when i was younger and gradually got to where i am now...as a kid i did high school dances ect to practice and make money to buy music...

    for example, let's say santana is on at deko on a saturday and at 12:30 and they put on dj mikey k....why should they take off a experienced dj and risk the dancefloor to someone who has never played a club before.

    a good dj starts at the bottom and earns their spot.....tsettos, manny, unique, clutch, vicious, myself, ect.never started in big rooms......

    mikey, this just reinforces what we already know....u know nothing about the club business.....stick to limos

    like the man said...young DJ's need to pay their DUES like we all have.

    there are many times i have played w/ and up and comming DJ and all they do is blow there load as soon as they go on. If they all did the right thing...there would be more opportunities for them to play.

    did he play any new music or just all old stuff?

    I played a ton of new stuff...the last 30 min was classics...

    I'll be back on the beach labor day weekend!!!

    When it comes to Vinyl...I love to play it...i feel like I'm DJing...not pushing buttons. I will admit i do play SOME CD's...but when it comes out on vinyl...i buy it.

    for providing us with some great beats on the beach yesterday at Surf...at my age I really remember the names of all the tracks but it was jam after bangin' jam...really made my day when he closed his set with VOID (catapilla) -my personal fav which doesnt get the play it deserves

    peeps were all silly dancin up a storm...either it was a mirage or I think saw Billy Badass in the house...I, of course, was passed out in my beach chair, as usual

    Thanks for Mr. Pitek aka Boss for the drinks and I hope to see all you monsters next week for Teo T's Bday bash...its my sister's bday as well...so I'm gonna be Messy Elliot on the beach all day long

    Hey people:

    My boyfriend and I have a home in Union NJ (right off Route 22 West (around the corner from HOTT 22 and 140(N)/ 141(S)on the Parkway) with three spare bedrooms. We are looking to rent the rooms out to individuals. If you're interested, please email me some information about yourself. We'll be happy to discuss rental costs through the correspondance. We recently redid the kitchen - all new appliances and cabinets - and presently, are redoing the other living areas downstairs - living room, dining room, back lounge. We have both a front and backyard and will be more than happy to forward images in email if requested.

    I'm 25 and my boyfriend is 27. We're both full time day workers in corporate America. If you want to know anything else, please feel free to ask and I'll be happy to respond.

    We have no pets and do not smoke indoors. (I recently quit and he plans to)
