  1. Apparently, he had a little more than we figured.
  2. Hey Davis! Thanks a lot, man! I know your room was sweaty and packed! I really appreciate that coming from the resident! I'd love to do it more often. Keep in touch!
  3. I'll be dropping new wax in the Wave Lounge with Bugout tonight. Just happened to stroll through CP to see what people are saying about the night. I'm looking forward to it. The last time was a great time. Hope you dance your ass off

  8. Haaaaaaaaappy birrrrrrrrrrrthday tooooo youuuuuu ................... You're lucky you didnt come to the t2Blender for your BDay, bastardo! But i'm happy to lay down some of your favs on the wheels for your birthday dancing pleasure. (that's you with the baloon) And it's Bloomfield. Not Belleville. Or Bellevue , as you stated. I might be crazy, but I haven't been committed yet.
  9. Not toomuch icing, please. Unless it's gonna get smeared on someone 'special'. And i DON"T mean the b-day boy.
  10. Heyhey! Nice to see we're getting some press! I'm really looking forward to my first event at this place. And looking forward to meeting many of you! muuuuuuuuuuusic, baby.
  11. I checked the place out last night. It's really a nice little spot. I like the colors (solid, red) and I love the half brick walls. The red lights glowing up from the seating is nice and adds a nice ambience. For the room, the sound is adequate. The bar is pretty and seems well-stocked. I'll see you all there next thursday.
  12. Nothing personal, but this is such a 'jersey' thing to say. I've been sticking up for the scene in NJ for many many years, but I can't do it anymore. And this statement pretty much says why.
  13. Really looking forward to this. It's gonna be a nice night of deep stuff!
  14. There are a few things off here.
  15. This debate will go on a long time. The "technology" we use to bring music to people will continue to evolve. Using that technology to allow your creativity to run wild and motivate a dancefloor is an awesome thing. Abusing it is sad and demeans anything and everything the rest of us try to do. You can use vinyl, CDs, and laptops to do whatever you want. But if you use anything that does the work for you (ie, beatmatching), then you're just a record-picker. Though programming is a huge part of being a good DJ, it's only one of the elements.
  16. If you missed part of the show, or want some of the track IDs, the clips are HERE See you next week! peace!

  20. Nov 18 looks good, Esteban! If we can confirm at the end of this month, it sound perfect! Folks, you owe it to yourself to check out this night!
  21. Hey Matt!! I don't hang on the message boards much, but I take a peek here & there. That was a fun time @ Seaside! And your CD is still floating around in my car--- lol! Reach out for some drops killer! drophouse, beeeyotch!
  22. LOL! thank you. I always do, sometimes TOO real, because people don't necessarily like to say things the way they are. Regardless, Esteban, you do a great job at what you do! When you dropped the opening set at Adega for me last time, I loved it! You did a great job at starting soulful and deep, working up to happy upbeat international beats. It was a perfect lead in for me. I'd love to have you back next month; let me know if you're available 11/4 or 11/18. ;o) Newark's scene has really come along. How's 118? And Flight (Elizabeth)?
