    I doubt that Teneglia said I want Anthony DeVitto to open for me. Teneglia probobly doesn't or until that point didn't even know who the hell he was!!! Reason for DJ's like that opening for major DJ's is expense cost, and those DJ's do a good job for a lot less then most Residents therefore you bring in a DJ like that to open for a headliner if you want to cut on costs.     Someone emailed me the link to this thread so I thought I would give you the correct info. I know Danny for a long time and was asked BY HIM to open and even cover for him when he was away a hand full of times. The party @ Vinyl was his party and he decided who played before him.

    Hey Michaelangelo it's Anthony Devito. I was there also Sat I wish we would have ran into each other. I agree the system can use some work. It was my first time there but it looked to me like they brought in extra sound for Morales. Someone was telling me the regular booth was upstairs. Anyway I had a great time and really liked the space.

    I don't know where you are getting your info from but it is wrong! I have played there twice in the past 3 months and they did 800+ people. Also they are closing because the building is sold.

    You need a DJ that can come back each year. You need a DJ with a good Jersey following. You need a DJ that is not going to play all commercial music but rather establish a new vibe. You need a DJ with a constant advertisement that will get out to a lot of people from sunday till saturday. You need a resident DJ that would not be opposed to guest DJs and you need a DJ that knows NJ and the shore crowd.... and a DJ who goes record shopping every week.....
