Please don't take offense to this...but why do girls go out to clubs with a veil?? I just don't get it. Please enlighten me. I understand it's part of the bachelorette party...but what is the purpose of the veil...looks kinda silly in a club if ya ask me! MOST SF regulars...sleep all nite & don't go there til 6-7am at the earliest...so it's easy to stay awake sober during afterhours...trust me I've done it on more than one occasion! SMOKEE

Yeah man 35 min mixes can be annoying at times...but remember he doesn't just loop a song over & over again for 35 mins...he absolutely fucks with it...throws one song on....drops another over it...maybe layer another one...take out one of the beats...bring it back in later...etc.! Plus he useds tons of effects! Let me know when u plan on going & I'll make sure u have a good time! Also, the summer is NOT a good representation of SF...remember that! SMOKEE

But what I have observed is Exit has more crackheads that can't handle their crack! Just my observation..I'm not bashing u for going to Exit! Also this came about cause u think people have no clue about the music JP plays because they're too fucked up...I would bet my bottom dollar that there are MANY more people at SF that know their music then Exit! Yes u still have to pay $30 at that time! The difference between pre-8:00 and post-8:00 is because JP knows that his true loyal fans are the ones who are there afterhours. So he saves his best work for later! SMOKEE

I wasn't there so I can't say whether that was a good or bad nite for him...although most of the people I spoke to didn't care for his set a whole a lot! He's been getting more mellow as the weeks go on it seems. Anyway my best advice to u...is to GO at 6 not leave at 6! SF is an afterhours club...he doesn't even warm up until 6...and still he's not really into it until 8ish! Try it again and this time go later & I promise you'll have a better time! SMOKEE

JR's fans are very loyal & will follow him anywhere in the city...doesn't matter if it's in the Chelsea area or not! They really don't have any place to party for afterhours on Sunday mornings right now! SF is one of the only options for afterhours for them at the moment & I'm sure they're not thrilled about that! I definitely agree that JP would move over to LL if he buys it...it only makes sense business wise! Why would he want to pay another DJ to be resident when he himself could be...as well as the parties (for the most part) suck at LL so his following would pack that place EVERY Sat! Personally I would rather see him stay at SF but business is business! SMOKEE

Purple Haze is da shit if ya really can get it...the way to tell is the red hairs are so dark they almost look purple! Pretty hard to find real purple haze...many people play other kinds of bud off as it! Don't be fooled! Oz should run around $400-$500 depending on who u get it from! (personally I wouldn't spend more than $400 on an Oz) Will get u VERY HIGHHHHHHH SMOKEE

OK here's MY OPINION on World... It suxxxxxxxx...and here's why... It's really not a club but a goomba social gathering/fashion contest...most of the people are not there for the music but just to socialize and to be seen. Club is blah...WWF all over the place...lights blah...everything is a VIP...bouncers are dicks...music is terrible...Tsettos blows... If u go and you're a guy...u MUST MUST MUST go with females...single guys wait FOREVER to get in! Ummm let's see...what else...ohhh system is mediocre at best! So basically there is nothing I like about World...except that there are some pretty hot fuckin women there! In other words...don't worry about not being able to get in cause you're under 21...YOU'RE NOT MISSING ANYTHING! SMOKEE PS - This is just my opinion...obviously some people like it...I don't!
