This Fri. they are having some sort of salsa night @ roxy. A friend of mine invited me via E-mail and the invitation says to forward the e-mail to as many friends as I want. I will check the E-mail again and forward the info to any one that wants it. Well I'm 34 and I'm just starting to get back into the club life after a 7 year haetis ( is that spelled right? oh who cares) Anyway the trick is going to be not to get so swalloed up that I loose all sence of responsibilty. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply anything derrogatory. To tell you the truth I'm in the same boat. I feel sometimes like I just want say the hell with women and try men. I've done it before out of curiosity but was not my cup of tea. That was many years ago and maybe now it will be Starbucks..... Nahhh I love women to much to give up on them and I think that the male world would suffer a great loss if you give up on them. Again, a bunch of babies. Does anybody remember the Paradise Garage? Infinity? Studio 54 on it's hayday? How about Bonds Internatinal? or the Ice Palace on 57th and 6th? I remember Danny T at the old Copa 20 yrs. ago. How about DJ's like Roy Thode, Larry Levan, Robbie Leslie, Howard Merrit and Scott Blackwell? Astoria has one of the biggest clubs in Queens is called Krash. It has a really good sound system but the music can be very eratic. I've been living in Astoria for almost 3 yrs. and I love it. There are hundreds of great restaurants and some very good Lounge bars. You are going to love it.
