    If they would not have tried that afternoon the "we do not have anymore tickets but you can but at 8PM tonight", they would have had two more people to add to the tally. Its not the extra $20 mattered, but I felt it was a precurser to a night of being taken for a ride. I decided to party elsewhere.

    Twilo was (and will forever be) the best club to ever exist! The reason: The people! The people! And if I forgot to mention it, the people! A great crowd looking out for each other listening to great music.

    I feel bad that its over, but worse for the new clubbers that will never get to experience what it was like to be at TWILO!

    Most of the drug busts leading to the closing of Twilo happened on Saturday night -- which was 21+ only. When they closed both Sound Factory and Exit on the same night, it was also a 21+ crowd. While "candy ravers" may be the poster children for closing clubs, they are not the ones caught by the police when drugs are at issue. Therefore, you should reconsider your negative impression that they should somehow be hated just because they are chewing on lollipops.

    I have been going to see PvD for years. I cannot say that I have witnessed PvD as off the hook as my days of watching him at Twilo. That stated, I still have a wonderful time watching PvD at other venues - although it was a close call at Exit. As such, I look forward to seeing PvD spin years into the future.

    Roxy is a big enough place to have a bi-monthly residency. Nice to be there for an extended set. Been a long time since I last saw him at Twilo throwing a record into the crowd...

    I personally had a great time watching and listening to him play. Would love to know the name of the song wherein the woman states, "I know you want me.":D
