wow just talking about this brings back memories.. man it wasnt my first club but i had some AMAZING times there.. back in the early 90's when E was still rather new and *mostly* pure, we would hang out in the library upstairs a lot and just sit on the comfy couches and roll, smoke cigs.. one time i was rollin so hard and john norris from mtv sat down next to me, offered me some lines, which I declined then started hitting on me, lol, had to turn him down since im not gay.. funny stuff

we went to filter14 last saturday, weird place man, the main room had the gayest music like prince and madonna, the other room had better music but it was still bad, still interesting place but wouldnt want to go often

the g/f and I are def. going.. about fuckin time we got more festivals in NY.. the brits have it too good over there! we're only doing Saturday though.. the sunday line-up looks lame and we mostly want to see interpol/radiohead

there was a lady on the news, she said she was a nyc teacher and would RATHER them make cuts into education/schools than to shut down the firehoues because doing so PUTS PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK! I agree with her...
