im from the south and i've lived in nyc for past 2 years...and no Im NOT greek. here are pros and cons of NYC IMHO: pros: it's still the greatest city in the world, great business oppurtunities, the uptown, pretty good mayor, european model types, the diversity which can be fun sometimes. cons: too many rude people, bad drivers, hilary, too many UGLY, dirty stinky and uncivilzed people, the apts/houses are not only overpriced but they are much worse and older than those in the south. i mean in manhattan apts with central air, waste disposal, w/d and carpet are consider luxurious, they are supposed to be standard.

actually the tourists make the crowd look a bit better at webster hall.. it's the new york residents(mostly recent immigrants) who make the crowd look so bad.

at the exit last nite, i was dancing right behind this gorgeous girl and she accused me of grabbing her ass! but i didn't touch her at all! it was someone else. i told her it wasn't me but she wouldn't believe me, she cursed and pushed me. i felt so bad. has anyone been wrongfully accused of grabbing?

actually auto insuruance in NJ(bergen/hudson)is higher than NYC. a bad thing about living in NJ is that you will have to pay tolls.

i've been reading about the new DM album here. don't expect too much because it will suck. i used to be a big fan of DM too but they are now old and over the hills.. along with the cure, new order, petshop boys and other progressive UK bands.. sad but true, their old songs will be remembered but i'd rather sit and 'enjoy the silence' than listening to their new albums.

so we went to LL last nite, we went in around 12:15 without waiting.(we were gonna go to the exit but didn't want to wait 30min in line).. the party was actually pretty good. there were many cute girls, the music was ok and it was pretty fun.. however there were many losers(mostly indians/arabs) grabbing girls from behind. also there was a fight among 4 short guys in the main floor which i thought i was pretty entertaining. i like LL and i think it's one of the best venues in the city.

besides Limelight and roxy what are some of big clubs with virtually no asians?

no offense to asians but there are just WAY TOO MANY ASIANS at the exit. having very few asians is good but having too many asians in the crowd make parties less desirable(as if that is surprising to hear) except for asian themselves. the only thing i like about exit is the venue, it's one of the best in the city .i think the music is just too weak and simple.

yes i can undertand the democtrats frustrations but bush will win the electoral college after the recount and start cleaning up the mess that clinton and the blacks and chinese monks have created starting in january. . and who knows bush might win the popular votes if all 50 states recount the votes?
