    i first saw it and thought it was a new post then I read your first post and it brought back those memories. That was a real long time ago. I definitely made up for it 100 fold. BTW, for everyone that is wondering it wasnt me that he came up to anyway

    The way I was treated by a bartender last night at Joeys made my night awful. I was up and the bar and prdered a beer. She was helping out two people at once. I gave her $20. She comes back with change for a $10. I tell her that she has ripped me off. She then goes to the other guy, I must have given you the wrong change. Of course, he says no you didnt. THen she says to me Im sorry I can't do anything. I start telling her thats not cool. She then goes " Honey, its not my problem. " I got so pissed off when she said that so I start yelling at her. She then goes "try to find a manager, good luck." After that treatment from her, I was so pissed that it ruined my night. I dont care about the money, it is the way I was treated. I spend alot of money when I go out and I think I should be treated with some respect. The bartender's name was Laine. She was at the big bar as soon as you walk in to the left. She was working the cash register closest to the ladies rest room wearing a red shirt.

    So a big Fuck you to Joeys and Laine for ruining my night. As of right now, I dont think I will go back to Joeys cause of the way I was treated...............

    Also, what is up with charging different prices for beers. I was charged, $4, $4.50, and $5. Why does the prices alwas change.

    You know I will get to the bottom of this. About the change thing of course I will take care of that ten fold. It looks like one night of unlimited Budweisers. About being disrepected I will sit down with Joey and discuss this with him and Laine. I wish I was still around when that happened because you know I would have not let that go any further. All I can do is apologize for her and the bad taste in your mouth about Joeys. I hope this doesnt prevent you from coming back but if it does I will make up for everything one night at deko.

    Sorry again and I will hit u up on IM when i get all the details.

    I apologize greatly for the confusion at the front door for my anniversary. I supplied Joeys with 2 different guest lists one from CP and the other one of personal friends. My personal list came up to about 400 people and CP with friends was about 150. There was lots of confusion at the door becuase one list was being held by the door person and the other was at the cashier. I cleared the problem up after a while but I was afraid it was too late. I actually noticed the problem when jerryxcstacy came to the door and asked my door guy if his name was on the list and my door guy said no. I remembered that he was on the CP list and I told the door man to tell him his name was at the register. When he hit the register it was taken care of. From that point on it should have been handled that way. Two big lists like that would have been too hard to handle for one person so that is why I split it up. I will PM u with my cell number and you can call me when you are on the way. I will make sure I walk you and your group right in and make sure you get your CD. Again I apologize about the confusion. I am a man of my word and I will make amends to any problem.

    This Friday night at Joeys, join us as we help celebrate resident DJ Kirk Lopez's birthday bash. Also I will be giving away a CD compilation from my anniversary party last Friday. Those that were there know how sick the music was and the CD came out awesome. If you are coming in and you want me to guarantee the CD say so on this post and I will take care of it.

    All i can do is thank everyone for making my 10 yr anniversary in the business a very memorable one. I have had some amazing nights in this business and as I told everyone before I started promoting this party that this night was going to top all of them. I think it did. The music was unbelievable the only thing better was the crowd. I dont need to give numbers except that there was not one person more fitting in that room last night. Thanks again to everybody for making my 10 years so successful and thanks to all the promoters and djs that helped this night go so well.

    For those that were there last night you know how great the music was. Well my surprise gift to everyone if you guys didnt hear yesterday is next Friday I will be giving out a copy of the CD from last night. I hope all of you enjoy.

    I know there are a lot of different threads regarding the guest list for my 10 year anniversary in the biz party at Joeys. I will get all the names off the other threads but going forward lets make this the official thread so I have no problem scooping all the names up Friday night. If you have posted on another thread dont worry I will get it. For those that dont know what I am talking about. This Friday is my 10 yr anniversary party at Joeys spinning the evening will be 13 of the best DJs in the tri-state area. CPers who reply to this thread get free admission til 10 and 1/2 price afterwards.
