i gotta agree with the post about 5 hours before you drop the roll.. because it does that that time to metabolize it.... if you havent rolled in a while... it won't be as necesary for seratonin depletion but it will help ease the comedown feeling the next day.I usually take about 200 mg as I start coming down..... it hasn't failed me yet

Based on how you said you felt - it was most likely the rolls.. try to get them from a reliable source.... and if your a diehard roller, I'd say invest in one of the pill testing kits... they're inexpensive and you can get them at dancesafe. If you have been rolling quite a bit though - it is possible to build up some kind of tolerance.... the next time you roll, try pre-loading with 5htp, some say it works, some say it doesn't ... try it and decide for yourself, it has always worked for me. you can pick it up at any drugstore... it helps take the edge off of your comedown and gets rid of that mashy "8up" feeling you get. It's worth a try. Suggested dosage: 200mg about 1 1/2 hour before you take the "E".... another 200mg as your coming down.

o.k. lets clear some things up.... George Acosta - does not spin breaks... if your looking for breaks, he's not your man.... Acosts spins dark, german tech trance and house.... For good breaks, I would stay away from Icey and Babyanne, that shit is played out here... but who knows you may like it... she has a new cd out, so check it out if you like... other than that, Storm is good... I myself like Joe Galdo, but I am more into trance than breaks.... If you want the lowdown on fresh, cutting edge breaks.. I recommend calling Grooveman records and asking them.. all the guys that work there are dj's and each one of them specializes in a different style,... I say ask for Rich, he is like a breaks guru.... enough said...

The RED is pretty good... the WET one is really nice too, but I really like the newest one - Disco Tech... if you haven't heard that one, run to get it right now!! lol

you guys are going to have to tell me more about this because I am a serious trance junkie and I have never heard of BXR or nu-nrg or trancecore... so school me! And if you can recommend cd's that have these styles of music then let me know.... i love hard trance, among other styles and picotto, piu, are some of my favs....
