Personally i think its been on "life-support" since sometime around 2000. For one reason thats when E blew up all over on network news and in the papers more than ever. The scene has commercialized so much in recent years, which isnt entirely a bad thing for many reasons (to much to get into). The commercialization though definately has brought down many parties with people who wouldnt normally venture to these places go to get banged up or the "in-place" to be. Promoters are horrible and pretty much clueless. Can it all go back to early-mid 90's of the days of Astro , Richie Rich and all the other club kids of that time, i say never. Its all about $$$ now, cant blame the owners though. Though the real start of the downfall was when all the BS with Gatien at the Tunnel and Limelight vs NYC. Either deal with it or its time to move on, ive pretty much moved on than goin to the places accept occasionally heading out. Thats just a small part of many problems in the NYC scene.

ive only been there a handful of times this yr. last time was for danny howells vs DT...ill be getting it soon, that vocal sample doesnt ring a bell though so i probably never heard it.

i know when i was 16-17 i was goin to disco 2000. im sure people were like who the hell is this little kid there. hows he walk right in. yea at the time i thought i was cool and told my parents iw as sleepin out at a friends to spin records even though it was school night. but now being older seeing little kiddies who r clueless it isnt right and turns people off from goin to those venues. u just have to deal with it though cause it isnt gonna change. its all about $$$$$$

i just got the mouth watering mix and tantalizing twisted dub yesterday from a friend in england, personally i cant stand the girls voice in it. the dub is much better than the vocal though. it should be out soon promos are out in europe

i am agreeing completely about his productions have diminshed in the past few yrs and so has "I" believe his djing skills that why i stopped goin to SF last summer. the days of my love and luminaire are long gone. but regardless when he was/is on no dj can touch him EVER. i just feel he doesnt give his all anymore every sat night. of course everyone has their own opinions as to why hes diminished
