Wow, what a long thread. The only thing I was gonna add is that with listings anywhere, people usually give the clubs and promoters a lot of leeway to describe themselves however they want. Some promoters fudge on the type of music to try and get new people in.

Ok, here's a story for ya. I got an e-mail out of the blue last week from a girl I went out with, like, three years ago. She was coming into town and wanted to get together for a drink. Ok, I said, so we went to Limelight for the Global Bass night on Thursday and we, of course, started making out. Eventually, we end up all hot and heavy getting to third base in the Giger room, around 3:30 in the morning, when she suddenly says that she can't go any further because she's engaged and she doesn't want to cheat on her fiance! So she bolts back to her hotel...leaving me to hail myself a cab home in the pouring rain. What's up with that? Is it just me or are girls, for the most part, a little unbalanced?
