I could not believe the size of the line when I got there at 2:00. It reminded me of S&D's anniversary party two years ago. (ended up in limelight that nite) This time I tossed the dice, went straight to one of the bouncers and luckily recognized me (felt pity 4 me) and let me in. Wouldn't even take compensation. I then came downstairs at 6:00 so I missed the 4am meet up at the main lounge only to be extremely dissappointed that it all ended at 8:30. The place was still completely full! I can't even think of the last time I got out of Twilo before 10:00am. And the worst was that the end came with almost no worning! I guess 7 straight hrs is not bad... And I LOVED it all. I only worry about spelling as far as the importance of the message. Business letters- yes, there will be zero mistakes. streamofconsciousness- i'm probably typing too fast. It also has to do with one's habit of writing. In all, I wouldn't judge people's intelligence on this board based on their spelling errors (or successes,) but maybe their rhetoric and style of writing... That might be annoying. -dunno.

Couldn't ignore this thread one more second. Shakespeare's works are UNPARALLELED. No other western fiction writer or philospher wrote about the human disposition as well as he did. Having said that... Goethe's Faust (part uno) is my all time fave, it has life-changing qualities and 'ol that. I agree that PVD at Twilo might be the best way to go- if you like trance. But you'd have to wait till he's back in the middle of January. I'm also not 100% sure if anything other than a really great outfit and a great fake id can get you in. I don't think there's even a comparison to be made. Float, Spa, Chaos etc. exist for the weekdays and are places where you can't really get f**** up if you gotta be @ work at 8:30am the next day. I'd never go to spa on a friday or saturday- I'd be crazy. I don't know. Twilo has recently been getting some very negative PR, which in the end, would help the DA office if they ever bring charges for the city to close Twilo.-That would an extreme case though. What's Twilo to do? The police can't wait to find a reason to raid Twilo (a 911 call from inside.) Imagine if management actually openly called an ambulance to take some idiot who OD'd to the hospital.... Think the police would give 'em a citizens's award for that?! Twilo is doing it's best to keep in business amidst a hostile giuliani admin. Yeah, sure. Any time someone good is playin' and I can't get my friends interested. Why compromise interest just b/c there's no one else to share it with. The good side is that it forces you to get adopted by other groups of friends who don't mind the extra-person in the circle. Once in a while is good, but not my favorite stunt. Bang-@@
