32 Degrees is an upscale lounge in the new section of the Tropicana called "The Quarter." Its target clientele is 25+. They not only accept US dollars but Euros as well. Philly has a 32 degrees lounge as well. Same people. Check out the website. www.32lounge.com If anyone goes down there, check out "Red Corner" Its all red inside with an ice bar. it has a red russian theme. its pretty hot.

Actually they are now making ones that once you crush them the active agent that gives you the high would not be effective.

My bf is a contractor and goes to PF labs that has the stuff because they are a pharmacedutical company. All I remember was that about a year ago an armor truck filled with the stuff never made its delivery to the lab. I wonder where that went. Even Giuliani represented PF labs when the FDA wanted to press charges.

Depends where you are. Are you really going to nurse a beer for 3 hours? Kinda gets piss warm...doesn't it? No bartender will throw you out, they'll just give you dirty looks if you ain't tipping them or they won't serve you at all. Better to tip, than not cause money talks. Besides there is STILL people who still get drinks and don't tip. I rather serve someone who might be sitting at the bar all night and tip versus someone else who doesn't.
