OK, First I know to expect a line on a holiday or special event, but holy shit! That was unreal. Do I blame the bouncers for wantingto make an extra dollar NO but, the place was to pack, owner or management should have stopped leting people in it was just to pack. For the guys at the door, Listen You are for the most part good guys and take care of who your suppose to. I would just hope, that you relax and get things in order, next time. I think moving the register was a bad idea it just keeps people outside to long. Not to mention, whoever the guy taking the money was couldn't have been slower and his comments aren't needed. Hey, we all know Joey's is a good time and I'll go back, because I like it, thursdays can't be beat, their friday is getting better and sunday, its the only thing going on anyway. So, lets all take a deep breath, and relax when I was inside it was good just way to cramped for me. Maybe the guy with the glasses will eat to many ring dings with the money he made and stay home.

I overheard some grumblings at Tempts and Merge this weekend,that Metro has lost its license to have DJ's and dancing.The town will only allow them to serve food and drink no DJ's, no bands, no nothing but food and drink.

I was asked for 2 forms of ID too, But the guy was cool about it I asked why he said because you have a duplicate, I was like but you see me every week. He said the cops are cracking down big time and he has to cover the clubs ass. The new guy is the same door guy from Joey's(clifton) and Mediterraneo (totowa).

I was there last thursday and friday it stunk both night in fact thursday I left there and went to joey's and saw the promoters from IMAGE at Joey's, Friday I left and went to Luna it was average at best, but I keep hearing Tempts cards are coming there so you gotta pop in and see whats up with that.

The word is out that Luna Lounge will be giving away a certain amount of Tempts VIPs in the next 2 weeks! I am getting this from a reliable source and can't wait to get my hands 1 or more if I can. Last year it cost me $200 well worth it when your their 2 nights a week for 10 or 12 weeks!! Nothin better then Tsettos on a Hot summer Night with 3000 crazy ass people going wild!!!!!!

Dying out? I don't know about that there was a line last week, and I agree the DJ's have sucked!! But its still one of the better looking crowds around. I wish they would try and bring in a real DJ!! The rumor is that the bouncers their are the guys from TEMPTS and that they are going to give away VIPS soon. I am in the process of confirming this rumor with a guy that knows them. IF its true you know I'm there!!

Here's a clue to fellows after you renovate you have someone clean the place to get rid of all the saw dust and dirt laying around! OK, I was at Luna this past friday. Listen heres the list of problems, the music is bad plain and simple it got worse this week, the crowd is still some of the best looking people around, the price for drinks is a little high your better off buying a bottle you'll get more bang for the buck. The wait was better, I think their gettin better organized!! Rumors are it flyin that the bouncers there have a new place, if they leave so will the crowd. I think its great pre-party till the city. If anyone from there is lookin at this get a new DJ or a guest DJ it worth the money and advertise a little!!! Glad to see the VIP curtain is down it opened up a lot of room, and now I can see where all the really hot girls are hidden. Why is the bouncers and promoters cater to a certain crowd? The answer the spend big and tip well, so all you cheapskates quit crying about it, thats the way it always has been and it isn't changin!! Hey has anyone been to the old gallery "RUSH" thursdays, it is probably the single worse place I've ever been!! Its horrible I stayed 20 min and then back to old reliable JOEY's for a good time!!

Alright, Kids Thursday at Joeys was fun as always crowd was alittle weak, but still the best bet, I had a great time!! Friday was unreal at Luna it just keeps getting better, this is the best looking crowd I've seen in a long time!! Last night, NV was a hit I had a blast!! Tonight I'll cap it off with a Joey's Sunday and then back too reality till thursday anyway!!! Peace
