I took xenadrine and it helped me lose mad weight, but it doesn't do much without diet and excercise, it helps control your appetite which was the biggest plus for me, cause i used to be a snack addict... definately cycle it, take at least a weeks break between bottles. if you want good prices i buy all my stuff at www.justmuscle.com. alot better than GNC. Yellow jackets and hydroxy cut are ok, but cytodyne uses better quality herbs so their more consistent.but most important stick to a routine that works for you, and stay with it... that's my two cents.

I started clubbing at exit, and switched over to factory and I love it. The crowd suits my taste better, and i like the music more.... just more my style. Exit is too big, it feels impersonal to me, factory is like my home, it's comfortable. Welln that's my humble opinion I'm stickin w/ Factory...But most important out of all this mad props to everyone who can give their opinion without MAD DRAMA, PEACE

Went 3 weeks in a row; stil SUX. The place is still a hole in the ground, they promise to revamp the atmosphere but I wouldn't count on it. They'll never make enough money to fix it up. Not to mention most of the people who attend are from Kurfew (and don't lie and say I'm wrong Tunnel heads, its true) The music is decent but if you're going to spend $20 to go out to a club on Sat. there are so many other better choices. All of this is my opinion and deserves no drama -- just my 2 cents!
