I guess eventually your interests do change. But I saw this older couple at Buzz last Friday (at last mid forties) and I was like: Awwwww! That's why I would like to get into the business side of clubbn' a little more. Be more behind the scenes - but still have access to that crazy energy. You know?

I experience club burn out every few months. I usually take a couple of weeks off and by that time I stir crazy to get back out there! I don't see a time in the near future when I'll stop. I may taper it down a bit and become more selective about my nights out. Or maybe do more private party, low key type events. Basically, the though of becoming one of those people who goes to bed at 10 on the weekend nights scares the hell out of me!

Have you experienced it? What did you do? How long did it last? Do you see a time in the future when you will no longer club?

I'm thinking about it. I probably shouldn't - but I wanna!

Dream is a beautiful club and the bathrooms are spotless. The DJs sucked the one time I went there. And VIP was more crowded than the rest of the place! Good Luck!

No doubt! WMC is a serious ass-rape! I won't be going to most of the large parties. I'll stick to the smaller ones and maybe try to see some up and coming DJs. I'm also planning on keeping it low key for a couple of nights. Last time I was so cracked out during the days - I couldn't enjoy Sobe during the day at all!

What did you guys think? I really enjoyed Feelgood's set - despite the fact that his DJ style seemed to consist of ramming 2 records together with little to no finesse. His track selection was very fun and upbeat. He kept throwing down things like Stevie Nicks, Pink Floyd and even Britney Spear's - Slave! It was def. a lot of fun! I didn't get to hear Glaude - how was he?

I've got this CD a local House DJ, Apple, gave me and I'm TOTALLY DIGGING IT!!! I don't know that I would want to go and dance to it - but I love the vocals and it is def. fun for work!!!

WMC!!! I'm a little bitter that I'm going to be in Sobe the same time as all the little 18 year olds across the country. But given enough long island ice teas - I won't even notice!

Zaguero - I feel your pain! Last year while trying to get my car registered the "customer service" people down at the DMV told me to forge the signature of the guy who sold me the car. "They aren't signature experts down there." Direct Quote! Other worsts? Heaven gets worst bathrooms. I've never seen the upstairs toilets make it through the entire night without overflowing. Worst food? So many to choose from! I hate Lauriol plaza - they are expensive and their food is mediocre at best. Jyoti (Indian) in Adam's Morgan is expensive, their food sux and they burn their Naan every time! Cafe Asia puts way too much oil in their dishes, but their sushi is good. Overpriced, but good. My main complaint w/ all DC food is that you pay a premium for mediocre food with crappy service! AND they dumb down all the spicy foods. I can't get a freakn' spicy dish in DC for my life! Worst gym? The one I go to almost every day. Bally's on 21st and L. It is in the basement, has zero ventilation, is always too hot and smells like ass AND half their machines are always broken! Glow has the worst sound system and dance floor. Even w/ ear plugs my ears hurt and after a night on concrete, my back and knees feel like hell! DC as as city overall has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I come from the land of Nordstrom's where sales people are nice and helpful and don't glare at you for asking questions. CVS is the worst drug store I've ever been in. Cashiers w/ attitudes, crap in the aisles, always out of stock, overpriced and on every freakn corner in DC! Safeway gets worst grocery store. Horrible produce, no product variety, long lines, high prices, no parking. God I hate the grocery stores in DC! Sprint gets worst cellular service. In the heart of DC, I can't get a signal. They screwed up my initial order, double charged my account. They've screwed up my bill every single month I've been with them and I've spent HOURS on the phone w/ their barely literate customer service people! Hmmm, I think that's it for now. Why do I live here again?

Oh no! (((Hugs))) I did that back in WA State when I was in college. Hit a poor birdy on the freeway. I pulled over and looked back and he was dragging himself to the side of the road. I ran to see if I could pick him up and take him to a wildlife vet or something, but by the time I got there he was dead. I seriously sobbed for like a half an hour and I'm getting all teary eyed right now. There's nothing worse! So Mark Farina was a disappointment? That sucks! Was it just a bad set? Bad vibe? What?

I've actually been working my butt off lately - which means about 5 out of the 8 hours are spent working instead of cruising the internet! Of course, the reason I'm working my butt off this week is because last week I barely worked an hour each day. *shrug* And I still get glowing reviews!
