Well, Demi.... we had a small crowd of heads but DAMN!!!!! Paolo's set was GREAT. I've never been able to give good reviews because I'm not very good at being objective when it comes to music but I can tell you that I will be looking forward to hearing him spin again during conference (this was the first time I've ever heard him live). The guy's got some serious talent!!!! He and Nikki are a supa dupa couple (I hope I got her name right - alcohol - need I say more?). Wish I would have been able to chat with them some more on saturday but...... I had to work Anyway, on a darker note... we had an ugly run in with the management at MAZE on Firday night. I won't point any fingers because I don't have the full story and I don't really know who's fault it was but Paolo was basically told to get his shit off the turntables and go down stairs. at about...what?.... 3:30am? Can someone please explain this to me. I heard some explanations but it's still pretty unclear to me what exactly happened. By the way, despite the drama at the end of the night, I had a GREAT time. Thanks to the folks behind PM sessions for bringing him down. It was a real treat and well worth the hassle of getting a baby sitter and and spending the next day wrecked at work. --------------------- DAN: I'd love copies of some of the photos you took...
