I've heard from a friend of a friend... that its not bad at all. i would suggest crushing it up and putting it in a capsule, loobing it and then pushing it up about first knuckle deep... BAM, done. Hold off on the pooping for a little bit though. If you already have to go, then i suggest just chewing or parachuting it. Just my $0.02. HARDER FASTER! Always BETTER!

Igloo's are nice, but yah, you may need 2. First time i tried one, it kicked my ass, but that was after doing a no namer i got while i was down in Ft. Lauderdale. Luckily it was the end of the night at CPI. Second time i did one, it wasnt as strong, but I had been drinking alot that day and probably had a good amount of food in me. Either way, there a good pill. Stars are good also, not the pointed ones, they have a picture of a star on them.
