Just wondering if anybody would be stopping by XS this Friday? Don't forget Richie Santana is away so he has Johnny Vicious filling in for him. If you have not been to XS for Vicious yet I assure you it is always a great time....

Just for your information Merge was packed but XS still had over 1000 people. XS can hold 1600 people and Merge can hold 700 or so... Where did you come up with 10 people? Get your facts straight....

Understand me here Kosta, I mean no disrespect towards you what so ever and I can care less which club is bigger. I was just simply correcting you people who are wrong. Even with the upstairs Merge is not as big as Temptations and you can forget about a little shy of double. This is a fact... It was you and these other people who were saying that Merge is bigger therefore it takes more people to fill it. If you notice from any of my other posts I never talk about something unless I am sure about what I am saying. Brian, I know you know my very good friend ceeotter down at Tempts. I have seen you mention on a few occassions how u go straight from Merge to Tempts on a Saturday because u don't like what you hear coming out of XS. Not for nothing but we all know you can't judge the music by what you hear walking by in 2 seconds. Not taking anything away from Denny because I think he is great and that is one of the reasons I enjoy working at Tempts on Sunday's because I finally get to spend a summer listening to him and as for Rydell I hear only great things about him also but never got the opportunity to judge for myself, but Baez has been fucking insane every night since Memorial Day. Stop in this Saturday and judge for yourself. I work upstairs by the balcony on Saturday's and will buy you a shot. Keith

Sorry Kosta but your facts are a little wrong. For the record I do work at Tempts and XS but I have nothing against Merge. I have a few good friends who work there and Petey and Jason seem like two pretty cool people. But Merge is nowhere near the size of Tempts. I worked in that building for 9 years as a bartender when it was Bermuda and maybe with the upstairs it is close but that is two different crowds. The hip-hop crowd does not really mingle downstairs. And as far as the people in there on a Saturday after Memorial day, it has been about 200 downstairs and about the same upstairs. This drama bullshit has to end. Merge has some great people there Tommy D., Angela, Tim, etc.. I understand you know your shit with clubs because I have some friends that worked for you at Image and they talk highly of you but these facts are false. Stop in XS on a Friday or Saturday and I will buy a shot, or Tempts. on a Sunday.Keith

Actually he was at my bar Saturday night. He also came down about two weeks ago on a Thursday to go to the beach with a couple of us. I will give him a call. He started a new job with a new law firm. By the way he was a fuckin mess on Saturday, ceeotter had to come to XS and drive him home. I wasn't much help...

That would be me but unfortunately I have this Saturday off due to my sisters graduation party, but my good friend Rolls will be working for me at the Aztec and he is my partner behind the bar at XS.
