i consider myself a good cook... i mean i have a pretty good memory as long you know how to follow a recipe i dont understand how hard any dish can be..in addition to the countless stuff i make i made freakin Oreo cheesecake for the first time for Thanksgiving.. and it came our even better than Cheesecake Factory's
