Put money down if it's gonna lower the payments, but not for upfront fees. I ran a lease for myself today. A 40k 2005 bmw 330i 1500 downs just cuz, 42 month lease 21,000 miles total $472. Just to show how far off you are, your putting 5k down on a USED car and your payment is still a $100 higher with a LESS MSRP. Not all of it is your fault, but most of it is in the financing. First it's used, so it's hard to lease let alone get a good residual/money factor, if that makes any sense.......

I doubt it's dual exhaust, true dual exhaust. They have gotten much better over the years in terms of reliability and looks(IMO). Not bad for the money, get a decent car for the price of a cheap car.

Could you be anymore vague? First off, what year, what series, what style, etc..? Secondly, what exactly do you want to know costs, performance, reliability, resale, new, used, looks, etc. Really all you need to know is they are amazing machines.....drive one....ANY year.

It's a dying brand......is that a shocker? What is the 9-2x, I've never even heard of the thing let alone see one? The only good car they ever had was the old SPG turbo, even that was hit or miss(quality,etc.).

I've only driven the old M5, 2001 I have driven one many times from brothers house in Philly to family in NY and that thing is fun to drive, it is like a video game, it doesn't let up until about 130. You will really respect it after you get through Jersey in 45 min., definitely the best trips through jersey I have ever had., the shorter the better when in Jersey........basically you have to drive it to respect it...

Unfortunately the US doesn't have an Autobahn...so it can't be used to it's full potential legally. Not many cars here are/can be used to full potential, our streets aren't safe enough, in the right condition, or speed limits prevent it. So an M5 doesn't tickle your fancy but a MR2 does.....damn your too easy to please....your bf is lucky. Also everything in Palm Beach is overpriced and overrrated.........
