A lot of clubs sell protein drinks these days. I'll take one of those over most fast food chicken any day!

You need to have beliefs WORTH compromising first...
Finally hardcore rap has evolved past shooting each other in the street, getting ass and selling drugs.Yes, thank God! Finally we can talk about killing our girlfriends, raping our mothers, beating up faggots, and downing enough Vicodin to kill a baby elephant...
I've listened to Eminem's first two albums thoroughly, and while you may be right that he makes a good point here and there, it's simply not worth it to put up with the rest of his misogynist, homophobic, self-indulging drivel.

Who needs food? The drugs keep me going!
umm... j/k... I try to eat about an hour or so before leaving, and I'll usually end up buying a carb drink or something at the club, or I bring a Powerbar like hotcheme. The Edge in DC has a dining area where you can buy real food like french fries and hot dogs -- I'd love to see THAT in more clubs!!!

Should be a good night!
I missed him at Vinyl, unfortunately, but I did see him at 1015 Folsam a couple years ago and he rocked the place!!!

I personally agree with the couple's decision to sue (though the CNN poll is yielding completely opposite results). I don't know how much I would sue for if I were in their shoes, but pets are like members of the family, and it's simply not acceptable that an airline would "lose" an animal...

I think it can all be summed up like this:
Eminem as artist = extremely talented.
Eminem as person = sensationalist prick.
My 2 cents.

Will my $3/month equipment replacement plan work with that?

Yeah, Liar Liar wasn't bad at all, but I've also only seen that one once... the other two I own and have seen waaaaay too many times!

Oh, see... I only ever saw Ace Venturea 2 once, and pretty much hated it. Dumb & Dumber and Ace Ventura are the ones I know the best... :\

Stressing the system just for the sake of stressing the system -- at the cost of moral integrity -- is not the slightest bit admirable, in my opinion.
I highly doubt that Eminem really cares about the First Amendment, except insofar as its existence allows him to continue being an obnoxious loudmouth.
Eminem's lyrics are among the most blatantly homophobic that I've heard. Just because it's "industry standard" doesn't mean it's acceptable.
Do me a favor... run down the track listings from the first two albums, and explain to me the "meaning of the song as a whole" for each one, making sure to explain the importance of the violent, sexist, and homophobic references as they pertain to each song's socially and/or politically significant message.
