Actually the Metro runs above ground once you get out of the city and most of them run on a raised track - they're afraid they might tip if the winds get above 40 mph and plummet to the ground... BUT the buses?? Freakin wimps.

I'm at work... But then again it's not like we're going to see much more than some rain and a little wind... but the evening news will be fun to watch!!
