no im working now up to 200 im only about 175. i was 190 2 yrs ago but stopped working out due to a friggin hooch. swear i got to stop with these hooches. As far as the shakes go i never use milk always water. dont know if that helps the lactose intolerance. milk gets you bloated and creatine does a good enough job of that

some hooch dragged me to Aldos once it was like a marlyn manson convention in there. i guess its changed. wasnt tooo bad she started making out with her friend lol

yeah six weeks would be enough and it seems the path has been cleared so i can do it with ut hearing shit from anyone. plus i dont want to gain too much weight screws up my range for playing ball (thus doubleplay). SO i figure 5'8 and about 200 should do this year for me. to get big eat big. breakfast 4 eggs and bacon plus protein shake snack protien shake lunch 2 turkey on whole wheat sand. snack protein shake dinner 1 4 lbs chicken and vegies dinner 2 2 or 3 steaks and some veggies hmm that should do ( does that make me a pig ??)

that sucks working all year to get where you wanna be just to lose it in the sumer. i kinda slacked a bit this year so wasnt too ripped but bascilly all i need to do is eat right. I ate to stay where i am for the summer now ill eat to get bigger. probably put on 10 - 15 lbs by christmas. Might even put on more if i decide to stick a needle in my ass for 6 weeks

now that summer is over i decided to take a week offof the endless dieting and protien shakes. So I learned that i forgot how fucking good cheese burgers and fries taste even in ym shitty cafeteria at work too bad next wek back to the grind of dieting. sucks to i quit smoking today and its driving me nuts

i can agree with that nice to be 5 or 10 mins from some of the clubs I was shiting my pants on the wayhome from seaside early monday morning it was me and a bunch of cops on the road. Although the ride wasnt too long was sleeping for some of it too bad i was driving too. Maybe too many yrs at seaside says i can navigate home while sleeping

I thought it might take a while but it didnt. the one good thing about summer ending is the amount of bangin women returning to my gym. Figured everyone would be wiped and id be one of the few there today but it was pretty cool. At least a 3 to 1 ratio. Gotta love a ym with more women than men.

will be nice the parties moving up north / central jersey. Dont have to drive too far and i cant stand driving too many friggin assholes out there

one thing i forgot ..... i learned there are some real nice stand up people on this site. Got to thank Perns for dragging me out or i would have never met any of you. Some have become good friends some have become special but i cant say i havent met anyone on here that i didnt like and doesnt have an attitude. Although all this end of summer shit makes me feel like im saying last good byes in high school or something. Like youll never see any of them again.
