Getting a job with a mortgage company is easy. Selling them isnt so easy. Alot of different products to learn and if you don't know them you aren't going very far.

too much drama on here about "the scene" what ever happened to just going out and having fun. i thought it was about who you are with not where you are. I'd hate to feel obligated to go places just because i have to keep up appearances. too much responsibility. Just go somewhere, anywhere with the right people and have fun.

Dont know kevin but know matty for longer than most on here and know he doesn't just sit back and collect the cash. He works hard to make a party go strong. He definalty gives people in clubs a different experience too. Its not just the same old boring shit. Been to XL opening night and it was definatly a hot party.

i kinda thought the "70% of patrons were high on drugs " was a low estimate id figure more like 90% amazing how short it was from when JP left and SF got raided and better yet it gets raided a week before Black opens things that make you go hmmmmmmm if its done for good i want the flag out front

me shady LOL only at work. The scene sucks. Its all about position, who knows who and see and be seen. its all a load of crap. Alot of people feel better when they can say they know 50 people in a club. To me thats at least 45 morons i have to say hello too that i really don't know. I always have and always will prefer to keep to my own in clubs. Rather just have my own group of friends and blend into the backround and just have a good time that way, The more people you know the more shit they ask of you that you dont wanna do.

Edison hotel 99 bucks a night and righ next to clevlander. on ocean ave, only a short walk to crobar and some other clubs im there the 6th - 10th

Definatly agree with you on that. Platinum plays hip hop in the man room and dance in the lounge. CRap is in. Everything Cycles. and club wil be back again. Its almost 2004 they say trends come back every 20 yrs or so. I can reember in 84 RUN DMC and all that were out. but house music has always lasted.

hopefully this place is amazing. Not to knock anyone but we been hearing about this forover a year. Alot longer than we been hearing about spirit and crobar and they both are open. Whats the hold up ????

Jersey had a Real club HUNKA BUNKA none of the18 and over cheese so it would get filled up. People dressed nice, lots of eye candy for years, club was decorated nicely and had a great DJ. The club scene isnt what it use to be and they weren't filling it and sold it. Super clubs in the city are having a hard time because it seems lounges are the trend. I think Bunka wasthe best "real" club in the state. Abyss coming a close second.Those guys know how to do a party and keep up on things. It wasnt just some resturant or something converted into a club

Brian sucks how you were treated it wasnt right. Im sure everyone has a bad night and sucks it happened to you. i dont think it was personal.. I read another post. Not to single anyone out but sometimes look at it from the other side. There isnt an excuse for a staff being rude but they are human. If its that crowded imagine how much abuse they are taking from people waiting to get in before you.How many people feel they deserve for some reason to get inside ahead of the line because they think they are special. The bartenders are serving twice as many drinks as usual. im sure half way through the night they are tired and are more prone to being rude from running around so much.Im sure the bouncers are less friendly considering the size of the crowd which increases the chance of more probalems than usual. I dont usually let a staff ruin my evening if someone gives an attitude just let it roll off your back and go have a good time with your friends. You might interact with someone who has an attitude for 30 seconds and thats going to determine how much fun you have for the rest of the night.

this is a pretty stupid post. im 33 i dont go out much anymore. i still enjoy it when i do and thats all that matters. i may end up at tempts or surf on sunday thisweekend just for the novelty.if someone enjoys the music at any age why not go. im not a bar person i dont like rock or rap so when im out with friends why not go have fun. besides no one believes im 33 anyway
