I use creatine and protien. I was taking 3 shakes of protien wth water a day and 2 with creatine. Now my 6 pack is gone and im a bit bloated so i think im cutting down to 1 shake w creatine and if it doesnt work im stopping all together. Ihave a wedding to go to next month after that i think its juice time. I just dont wanna do it before the wedding because if i gain like 15 lbs or so in the next 5 weeks the tux wont fit lol

I agree. ill still probably follow it and occasionally go to a game maybe but a strike is screwed up. I think they all make too much money. there are teams almost bankrupt. I remember before the large salaries in the early 80's when it was the royals who were one of the best teams in baseball. now they probably cant beat some minor league teams the sad part is i took my 16 yr old brother to a mets game like 2 yrs ago and it cost me like 200 bucks for the ticks parking and food way too much to just enjoy an afternoon with my lil bro although if my bro goes pro in 2 yrs let em make all they want i wont worry anymore

well laurie nice to see you are not like that. I use to not mind buying someone a drink. Also didnt intend for it to think i was hooking up either. JUst felt if i was talking to a girl and i wanted a drink was kinda rude nt to offer. My friends wife told us before she had met him she would be out and talking to a guy. He would offer a drink sometimes she would tell him to give her the money and she would go get it. So when she did she even kept the change. Said she use to come home sometimes with like 50 bucks And then women ask why guys are assholes

why do women love to be a player. i know chicks that go out to bars and clubs and say upfront they arent hooking up and arent going to pay for anything all night jsut let guys get them drunk. some i know even make sure they find a way to get th money they pay for a cover back and even go home with money

kewl kewl i like it yes clubplanet is addicting. i get 2 30 minute breaks and a 30 min lunch at work. i fly to the cafeteria and get food and park in front of the computer. everyone asks me what im doing i just say bullshitting with some friends lol now i see why i think i am giving up the club scene i need some time to relax

I think the worst part of leaving factory is the looks you get from people all the way home. ITs always that " omg look at this guy who looks all cracked out"
