Ok so i decided to pry myself from something important and TRY to stomach watching Pairs Hilton and Little Niki as they both host these Teen-Choice awards. Honestly i think the whole thing would go over nicely if they werent even within 100 miles of the event. Their ad lib from their prompter readings is making every line they say "That's Hot" in unisen. On top of this - as they are reading you can see a blatent lake of being able to understand what they are reading. Yea, ok, the hottest thing in celeb-dome huh? i cant imagine why having these two dolts host the event makes any sence. Other then doing whatever they can to have as many lesbian wanna-bes and horney 15 year olds scurry to watch then talk alot in hopes they might see some "UPSKIRT ACTION" or a little janet jackson style flashing go on.

yes you are absolutelt correct - it is a scare tactic - and i have been privy to sit in on discussions realted to this subject fortunatly. But the # of $2500 is not caped. There are still instances / factors , they use to make this a higher denomination. Its just a rediculous effort on their part i beive but until theres some loop-hole if you will that we as end users can use to our advantage, im still laying in wait. And to note: You say the end user wouldnt be fined this much....i have to say, ur wrong, because it is the end use that is takking the bait, it doesnt matter whom sets the files up online or where have you, because its the person downloading thats doing the taking.
