RELIC in newark? i didnt know they were still open i went there quite a while ago -more then a year- and it was the most horrable night i had anywhere ever - uggh if you say it was nice ill take your word for it- are they under new owner/mngmt now or something? last i was there - they had some dirty looking bedsheets draped acroos the cielings - not a good color for the place- no real decor- and they were at the time all about turning more guys away at the door and letting girls in ( reguardless of how many friends in girl/guy that the men came with ) just letting my experiance anything change there yet?

i cant believe whats going on ONLY IN NYC with prices i was doing a gig lastnigth and i had one fo the djs go up and get drinks for the rest of us djs they actually told us we had to pay for the drinks!!! i went up and started my smoke and holler holler whatnot at the owner aside from the other problems we had i found that a drink as simple and light as a malibu bay breaze was a total of $9 per glass size of glass about 6 ounces MAX but the drink was so fukin light and had PULP in it

i have to COPLETELY agree in the new allen and heath- not only worthy price to use as a model piece but GREAT for small production work as well havent tried the phazon yet

actually i mainly use this mixer i picked up about 8 years ago believe it or not i still havent had to change anything on it (faders) its alll sliders nothing else and it was made by MTX ( remember them)? cap. 2 tables 6 cd players 2 mics ( simultanious if needed ) 8 second sampler recorder built in with infitecimale playback adjust speed LOOPS in/out port 3 band eq on each channel only about 600 at the time but i still cant find anything that does better:eek:
