Hey, I was wondering if anyone has gone to either or both of these festivals. Me and my friend are trying to decide which to attend this summer. I kind of like the woodstock type set ups, stages and all day party. I heard that is more Dancevalley and Loveparade can be too crowded but for some reason i heard better but that is just one persons opinion. Also, with either or both, do the DJ's play after for a few nights at clubs in the area? If you go, both of these events are on Saturdays. Do you stay for a few days after or go a few days before, like WMC for instance, after Ultra you stay a few days after. Thank you in advance for you help in making this decision and cant wait to hear what you guys have to say. Thanks again

Who is going to perform on that stage? I want to see people like Tiesto, PVD, Ferry, Armin, S&D etc....Are they going to possibley play on that VIP stage that only VIP ticket holders will be able to see or ???? If so they should tell us that so we can decide which tickets to buy???? Any one have any info about this and what that Ultra VIP beach stage means for VIP and non VIP ticket holders and will everyone be able to still see the big acts? Thanks

Ok. I love pvd, ferry, tiesto, S&D, armin, they are mostly trance and hard house, so ive been told over the years. Ok, labels, can someone explain to me the difference between, trance, techno, house, im a little confused. Maybe one song as an example of each and what makes each different. Thanks:)

Is it official? What will happen when pvd, ferry, s&d and cox come in the next month or is it not official? If it is official, is it really 1am? Why not 4am like the bars or is this just the start of the time they are going to get the bars to close as well? what the ????

Hey Anthony its Ann Marie:) So here you on the should have gone thing. Lanie and Dale went sking saturday so they got home late and were shot and then i was going with my friends to that party. I wanted to go but they were sking and tired and my other friends didnt know him so werent into going so by the time you called i was already going to that party with people that arent into that kind of music. Errrr, I so feel your pain reading these amazing reviews. Next time Anthony!!!!

I thought that was just a rumor and i assumed after the bullshit smoking law, club and bar owners would be on top of this and not allow something like this to pass a vote. The paper said bloomberg was "proposing" this idea of 1 am or get a special license. Has it passed and if so, why wouldnt the big clubs just pay the extra $$$ for the license or is it, they will find a reason not to let them get it? Is it official. This is terrible if it is. Just when places like Avalon and Crobar were bringing in such amazing acts too:( BULLSHIT!

I find out about so many DJ's and shows and news its great and the people I have met through the boards that share the same musical taste, I have never found another website and doubt I ever will, as convenient and organized as Clubplanets. Im heading out to San Fran to visit a friend Wednesday February 4th til Sunday February 8th and I was wondering if any of you have been out there or have friends living out there that could tell me where are the clubs to goto if you are into Trance like PVD, Armin, Tiesto, Ferry. I would sooooooooooooo appreciate and if you know of any shows that will be going on out there that weekend. Thanks:)

Will Vic be playing at that club in levitown every wednesday night? Also, if not, will they be playing trance there every wednesday? Has anyone checked that place out?
