  1. I saw the video. It said UK though, not so much here in the US. Besides, nobody is gonna run out and buy a turntable to listen to 1 vinyl with 2 songs as opposed to a CD which has 20 songs on it. I personally like Vinyl, but its def. not something for the everyday person, more for the vinyl junkie and music lover.

  2. accept the fact that their music is EDM and just as electronic as Techno, Hip Hop, Trance, Drum and Bass or Breakbeats??????

    I just dont get it.

Its all made in a studio using computers, synthesizers and drum machines.

    House is no different.

Its cause of ppl like Silverbull who hate on anything outside of the House genre. Hope that answers your question.

  3. We apologize that doors closed early on Saturday night. Due to the situations within the Chelsea neighborhood, the captain of Chelsea Precinct decided to close our doors earlier than usual. Crobar is doing our best to be a good neighbor. We hope to keep our patrons and the community as safe as possible. Crobar will continue to cooperate with the NYPD Law enforcement and community at large to make nightlife fun and safe. Again we are sorry that Boris didn’t play later than he did. Boris is coming back on September 9th for his I Love NY Party, and we all love New York!

    See you on the dancefloor!

This sounds like ure usual cliche comment made when shit goes wrong. LOL.

  4. Oh cmon thats really not to far from the truth. It doesnt go for every bouncer of course but I would like to see a list of them to see which percentage actually passed the 3rd grade.

What do you people expect anyway, really.............Just go party and mind your own business and. When I walk into a room and a bouncer says get out, I do just that, no questions asked. Dont question these guys or get in confrontations with them. If you want to get in a agruement with one an get your teeth knocked out then go ahead. Maybe you can sue the club or bar and make out with a couple bucks. Me, I just be respectfull, if the guys an asshole then oh well. Thats why hes up all fucking night staring at people having a good time. I seriously doubt buy day hes running a large corporation.

For real. Couldnt agree more. As Ive said before, ure even more of an idiot when u try and talk to them cause they still dont understand wtf it is ure saying to them most of the time. Just nod ure head and walk away. Explaining the situation to them is like giving ure order to the person at McDonalds and expecting them to get it right.

  5. I was just talking to someone about this the other day ... an amazing night on all levels ... PVD in a place the size of Arc, legendary!

I missed him that nite. Saw him that fri earlier at Roxy and figured seeing him Monday wasnt gonna be any diff. Not to mention, I had an exam Tues morning. Turns out he played WAY better than his Roxy gig and killed it. Oh well, the good ole days are over. RIP ARC.

  6. There was a couple fights inside.. the first one being the craziest lol i've eva seen in that place. and the others i wasnt really around those, but at around 4:30 am they shut it down.. WTFAWKKK!! I WAS sooo pissed. i was chillinw ith my friend drinking and shit and the lights were on all the sudden. anyone else got more info on this shit.. since i tried to go to Gypsy tea after and then tried to get back into pacha without any success lol they were charging 50 at the door. i was like fuck this.. and went home. intresting night tho just when the shit was getting good faawwkkk man.! ah well hope everyone made it home alright even the guy that got smashed with a bottle in his head lol

LOL, u say it like u actually PAID to go to Crobar and didnt have a good time.. Shoulda just gone to Gabes party instead.

  7. but it is frustrating when you can't get into a groove on the dance floor b/c the DJ is bringing you too many places. Dancing two songs and sitting out for 20 minutes waiting for the music to get good again is not my idea of a great night. I never saw anyone on the dance floor for very long.

the music was annoyingly inconsistent. I heard the set at spirit was much better. the lack of anything consistent in nyc of late is frustrating.

Thats the problem with most DJs nowadays.
