  1. hehe.. hehas a good point. but what woudl we do with all the excess paprika?
  2. what alias is trying to do is provide a party without the need for overpriced and underperforming dj's every week. people just go to the party b/c it's a good party, they see their friends, the music is quality even if it's locals not headliners. and it's cheap, so there's no feeling let down or ripped off if your night doesn't go as planned. think happy thoughts and the angry chicken will become a cornish hen!
  3. yeah, it's not even a buzz event -- but it's NATION. and it's cheap and there's open bar and $5 pitchers of beer on the wall and all sorts of crazy music and people about. cultureclubclash! btw... buzzlife has two events planned in dc at 2k9: june 20 with planet of the drums (dieselboy, dara and the rest) and july 4 with firecracker (sander kleinenberg, feelgood, scott henry, aphrodite and more)
  4. hey, we're all a bunch of lushes. now that the "RAVE" act is passed we Americans have to be vulnerable to something? haven't you heard about the RAVA act? same thing as the RAVE act but the A stands for Alka-seltzer, I think...
  5. and the all night $5 pitchers. we cant' forget those or the angry chicken will attack again... :-)
  6. most d 'n' b heads do not dress pimped out. they have a certain "look" about them, but they're not dressed in candy balloon pants and all that. plus we have goths and punks now mixed in. plus your random everydoy person always checking out nation. no worries about what to wear. come for open bar from 9 to 10, 2 for 1 admission from 9 - 10, and then $5 pitchers all night. Fun, very talented local DJ's spinning the most upfront and newest drum 'n' bass.

His unique (seen to be believed) physically explosive performances have gained him a cult following of fans. He has been scene championing the `harder edge` of the dance music scene not only as a DJ but also as a journalist writing for M8, DJ and Mixer (USA). As a producer he has released records with the likes of Chris Liberator, Dave The Drummer, Uppercut, Cluster, Hydraulix and Blueline (USA), demonstrating his ability to cross between techno, acid techno and a hint of hard trance. ‘CLUB XPERIMENTS` features 17 `hard dance’ tracks from many top DJ’s and producers and delivers a mix that, although focusing a more techno-based sound, incorporates influences that have led to the recent development of `hard dance’. It offers an insight into where the `sound is and progressing to`.
