I miss the good old days when Glen Friscia was on Hot 97 on Fri. & Sat. nights. He was definately my idol. He was always breaking a Phat new track and his mixes were as smooth as butter. They used to broadcast live from Paladium. I think the music was so much better then. REAL HOUSE MUSIC!

so you came out to Groove on Friday & didn't even come up to say what's up? The people annoyed the shit out of me on Friday. Friday's were originally hip-hop night. Now they're changing it & unfortunatelly i'm the person that has to tell everyone that there is no more hip-hop on fri.'s. I can tell that the majority of the crowd isn't very happy with me playing house music on fri.'s. Tough crowd! Any way, what's the deal with the song my friend? Come on now. Don't be so tight! I think a lot of it depends on where you're playing. Unfortunatelly, sometimes you go out shopping and get some great new songs, but when you play that night, you don't and can't play anything you just bought. It just won't work that night. It would be a great thing to not worry about playing for the crowd & just play what you want to hear. Sometimes you can almost do that. It depends on where you play. No matter what, make sure your mixes are tight whether the music is old or new. That way no one can talk too bad about ya. For example, If you have to play a certain way due to the crowd & the club, but your mixes are tight & people are having fun & dancing; no one should talk bad about you. If they do, then they don't know shit about djing. Don't get me wrong, you can't play shit music all night. I LOVE TO PULL OUT SOME CLASSICS WHEN I PLAY! (not 70's classics)

I don't know. I guess Jay Levine wanted to hook him up. I actually never heard him spin. I'm not saying anything neg. about him but, I hate when people get to play out only because they get hooked up. Especially when they have 0 talent & creativity. Unfortunatelly, I have some dates where I have to take off & I'm using coverage. I'll be hooking up a friend but he does Know how to spin. Shit happens to us all but he probably won't be trainwrecking when he covers for me. I'll be taking off on the 26th, 3rd, & 17th right now.

Saturdays is supposed to be Dj Jay Levine but, most of the time he is djing parties on Sat. so the guy who covers for him is dj Tommy Gunz. He has dirty blonde hair & is thin. I think that is the guy you're talking about.

I spin at the GROOVE LOUNGE in West Long Branch, NJ on Fridays. It's right next to Monmouth University. It's a real chill atmosphere. Not like a regular big nightclub. It only fits around 3 something pp. There's no crazy light show or anything. I play all house music from deep, disco, latin, & tribal. It's 21 & over to enter. The lounge thing is totally different. It's not about energy. It's about atmosphere & mood. Cool place to hang at. Mello & I are going to be starting a NEW loung together coming soon. I'll fill you in with details at a later date. Also we are working out a few deals for summer(DJais, Temps/XS)

In the beginning, the versions sound pretty much the same, but wait till you get to the middle of the track! Now the song is so much more playable & not as CORNEY sounding. it should be right underneath the wave tracks towards the middle to bottom of the screen. it's a round red button right by the play button & other buttons. are you shore you have the full version. not a bullshit demo or crack version?
