i dont know what kind of damage you guys got down there, but i was wondering if there would be any set up problems due to flooding and stuff.

i think it is still ok, but i do it a lot less often, mostly when i travel.

i generally try to go out by myself. i can come and go when i want to and hear the music i want to hear. if i want to be with friends then i go to a party where they will be. if i want to escape i'll go to a party with a different crowd than i usually hang out with. many of my best nights have been when i was alone dancing for 6 hours.

hmmm.... so i knwo i will be based out of redwood city abotu 3 days a week but i will also be supporting the other sites. they have sites in menlo park, palo alto, mountain view and vacaville, though i dont think i will be at vacaville much.

that helps a lot thanks! well my bf was just out there and he decided he wants to get a cottage in woodside, which i understand is expensive. but we saw things around 1500 which is doable for us (rent is relative cause we are used to new york prices) if i live alone i dont really want to pay more than $900 in rent. i also think living in the city might be better if i am living alone, i am just worried that the commute might be irritating. i am going to have a car regardless because i am going to be traveling between different manufacturing sites. the one in RWC is right of 280 but there is another one in mountain view i think and i forget where the others are. one is in vacaville but i dont think i will be working there much.

hey anybody have an recommendations on where i should live? if my bf come with me we'll probably live closer to the forest but otehr wise i am open to live anywhere as long as i dont have to sit in traffic to get to work.

i am going there cause i am getting transferred to a different division of my company and they desperatley need engineering support there. i'll be mostly in redwood city. and vic, we'll have you over 30k in no time. i can easily do 500 posts a week on my primary board. though hopefully i will like my new job and stop postwhoring. but i have accepted that postwhoring is a way of life and it might be too much of a shock to give it up.

so i thought i'd tell you i am coming to starscape and it is going to be my last time there for quite a while. i am moving to the SF area in november.

i want to get tix at the door... i will be in baltimore that weekend but i am not 100% on starscape or who is going with me.

the hyatt in dorado? i dont think there is one in san juan, but i may be mistaken. dorado is horribly quiet and boring, IMO. the hyatt there has two parts, one in dorado i think the other is cerromar. there is supposed to be a good club at the hotel but that is it. i recommend you head out to arecibo if you have time. baccardi factory is awesome and old san juan has the best food i have ever had. also the el san juan in isle verde is really cool and there is a club there too.

i heard about this on NPR yesterday. It kinda made me laugh. Though I am glad I don't like in NB anymore.
