I didn't say they didn't make money, they make plenty, usually about 25% of what they pull in in a night. Thats why one would open a club to make $$. What I'm saying is if the costs were kept down then the drink prices could go down, and the club would do just as well. Now it's to late though, they see what they can get away with and prices will just keep going up.

As club goers you demand a state of the art sound system, top class DJ's, huge venues decorated to the Max, and so on and so on. Then on top of this half of us rather enjoy other substances than alcohol. On top of all the entertainment some think a fight might spice things up. And of course lets not forget the 14 year old who thought it'd be great to eat pills and drink till they can't continue breathing. This all costs the club money and in turn costs us at the bar.

Yes, everyone got that. It's impossible to evaluate over the Internet, even with PICS. This way we can see you all in person, and even if it doesn't work out at least we can have a good time. I'd like to see as many of you as possible so get back to me to RSVP. I'm not going to try to convince you that this isn't a scam, I see the direction your headed, just stop by and check it out for your self, you have nothing to lose. I've heard september too, unless there's a problem with the permits. In any case I'm sure it'll be resolved. The real question is will it it be the old LL we've come to love, or hate, with a new look, or have they tried to stuff it with trend and paint it with class. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Crobar will happen, that I've been hearing for a while from the FL peeps. What I can't imagine is Gatien being in on it. After drug, tax, and abc charges I can't figure why anyone would give him any part of a liquor or place of assembly permit. Well, we'll just have to wait and see.
