i use to cut it right after i cook it cuz it was easier to scrape off the plate...90% of the time u will get a reaction from the metal turning it pink. IMO, let it cool then scrape, yea it'll be harder to get off the plate but it'll be substantially much more...remember 1 liq makes me 4jars(1016)

are you serious? I bought this one back about 2-3 yrs ago and it completely disgusted me. I have the pmc-03apro chrome face...honestly I bought it cuz it was small and compact, nice for scratching since i use to spin hiphop. my first rant about this mixer is that in the first week and a half after breaking in the crossfader with a good amount of transforming i noticed that the "tiny" screws which suspend the fader body to the face plate began to get loose. might i add that they are TINY. so with some creativeness I dabbled some krazyglue on the screws but much to my dismay, it still wouldnt hold. My fader kept falling through. my next upgrade was the 05pro which without a doubt lived up to its value. A friend of mines just purchased the DJM3000 and we compared the sound quality on the output. the 05pro i "believe" we used rca out versus on the DJM3000 it asked for XLR, granted it had all out's on it but the sound quality between the 05pro and the DJM was tremendous. The DJM was much more crisper and cleaner than the 05pro. Audio Engineering at it's best...my friends are thoroughly happy with their purchases, especially at $840

hehe sorry air dry is not the best way. 2-3 jars? are you for real? ok ok here's my low down.. i make 4 jars (jars=1016) dented bottoms for club use, the 1 gram (1010) jars i make 2.5 jars. the way you cook it is, steam it on a plate over a pot of boiling water. how do you know its done? people say yo can burn k...blah blah thats wrong...pink k is the reaction when the razor hits the substance when its HOT. cook the liq on the steaming plate for 45mins-1hr or until all the little bubbles stop moving. the plan is to get "mountains and ridges" forming on your plate. pour half the liq evenly on the plate and wait till it dries, then pour the other half on top creating the "mountain/ridge" effect giving you different layers. after the bubbles stop moving you let it sit for 15 mins then start cutting...

    4 jars in 1016's

    2.5 jars in 101's

    any less isnt satisfactory hahah

codica need water? PM me =P

btw i dont do k :blank: :blank: :blank: :blank: :blank:

mmhhhmmmm, but what did u have in mind, what venue would please U ???? whats bigger, has a better dj booth to display this talent ???

IMO I think Exit has a reputation as an "every friday" night party. Sort of like a nightlife community. It is true people make it a weekly event to attend the club, whether it be any DJ preforming. Personally, I like the smaller more intimate club feeling like Arc, Twilo, World. I mean World rarely gets any play since DJ Tiesto. Yes it is TINY, but I'll never forget the feeling of standing on the metal gate infront of the stage looking back and watching everyone facing forward (stadium style) singing SILENCE with no music playing *goosebumps* Things like this leave permnant memories which some of us love to hold on to. I guess you can say I'm for the music and not so much for the social night life. We all have our different reasons, but if it is for the music, I'd rather have it at a less reputable club where the audience is there for the DJ himself.

  7. I'm sorry bella that the news disappoints you. I'm just stating that as long as it is not Exit he is preforming at..i'm happy. I just appreciate more how much I miss Twilo because all of the NYC clubs suck now. The crowd always seems to get younger and younger or maybe i'm just getting old.

I know most of NYC thrive on house/hard house but the genre of trance is now emerging. With the recognition on international talent, some only wonder what lengths will this bring to the electronic music scene. as a enthusiastic music listener, I personally enjoy watching DJs preform. 99% of the time I go to clubs for the music and not so much for the "nightlife social scene" although I'm over that.

  8. Credible sources say that Paul will return on his tour of nyc night clubs will happen in November. The next stop on the vandit-train-line is Club Roxy. I believe PVD is lookin for a new bi-monthly residency in NYC. He is surfing the night life in search of a suitable club since the passing of Twilo (RIP).
