BUT I was seeing a few people complaining about it and not going because of it. Talking about how other people left early because it was unbearable. Trust me, I expect to be hot but I don't like to be TOO hot and feeling like I am going to pass out while I am dancing.

I have never been there but I will be for the first time this weekend and I am expecting it to be slammed with people. I am actually super excited except for one thing: I thought I heard that the air and ventilation was fixed with the new rennovations but now I am hearing that people are not going because it gets too hot there .... from what I understand when it was Vinyl, it was a sweatbox. Has anyone heard anything positive about the air/ventilation in that place????

I saw the Delta Heavy show twice too but I just went up to NYC at The World two weeks, or so, after the EFactory show ..... Let me just say that the show in NYC blew Philly's out of the water, sad to say. Well, maybe not, blew it out of the water but I noticed a difference. The NYC show was longer and in my opinion, way more intense! I want them to come back too!! But we have Digweed at Area 2!! That makes me happy!

Tickets these days are always crazy for events like this. I think as the event comes closer, the tickets naturally go up in price. Because they were not up to $300 when I bought the tickets which was almost a month ago. That stinks .... $300 bucks is ridiculous. I would not want to miss this.

Oh, I want to go to that .... just don't know how I can pull that one off!!

Wait ... when is the Danny Howells vs. Danny Tenaglia thing??? Haven't heard of that one. Please tell me that its next weekend and not this one!! I can't make the Deep Dish show although I am very bummed about it. I have one of their CDs and absolutley love it plus have heard positive things about them live ... very positive .... so they are on my list of DJs to see. Do they come to NY often????

Oh I do ..... as often as I can. I love going up there and 'having a listen' to whatever might be going on. I will be up there for Oakenfold ...... and he is coming here to but I want to see him up there for some reason, instead. I will keep you posted on stuff I hear that might pull me up to the city!!

Rumor I heard, PVD will be back in November .... seems so far away!! so you go to Vinyl alot .... never been but want to go ..... where is it exactly???? Deep Dish is going to be there this weekend???? DO you know???

Oh yeah ... admission was FREE!! And music wasn't too bad .... some resident DJ was spinning ..... he was pretty good. But it was such a let down at the same time to go there and here the 'guest of honor' will not be there. Its fine .... I am just going to have to put them on my calender for August 7th.

Well to all those who couldn't make it last night .... YOU MISSED NOTHING!! Hybrid never showed ... couldn't get through customs. BUT The show is rescheduled for August 7th so you have a second chance if you wanted to go and couldn't!! I was so bummed out!! Oh well , shit happens.

Anyone from the Philly scene go up to see Paul Van Dyk at Exit this past Friday ??? Had to go ..... never scene him spin before and he is absolutely amazing. Like I expected, of course. The place was mobbed but that didn't bother me ..... was too into the music for anything to annoy me!!

That stinks .... that is still expensive ..... I think mine with tax came close to $45. For whatever I go to at the Tweeter Center, i never get actually seats because I would rather be standing and moving esp. for this one. I highly doubt I will be paying too much attention to the main stage. Digweed is one of my heroes so I will most likely be glued to the DJ tent.

I got my tickets for $35 ..... general admission (lawn). Or at least around that .... I bought them awhile ago. Is this the only place you can get tickets now. I got mine straight off of Ticketmaster, MUCH cheaper.
