The only work they need is to stop all the water falling from the ceiling. I think the club looks great and is laid out very nice. Don't know what every one was bitching about the stairs they are nice and wide.

That long seating area on the left side of the patio. It is deep enough to have another level in the back. That way people will not have to set 2 deep. I think that would have been a good idea.
