    Nocturnal located in Downtown Miami will not be ready for WMC 2004. No news as to if and when it will be ready. Construction crews are working round the clock to make sure that it is ready before New Years 2005.

    Crobar 24 is still in pre planning stages and will not be ready until WMC 2005.

    Maze's lease is up at the end of February 2004 (before WMC) and they will have to make way for the new tenants (Office Depot). Staples anyone?

    i'd definately upgrade to the Benz... the only other thing i'd consider, would be the chrysler crossfire (yes, i know chrysler doesn't usually = class) but the crossfire is essentially the Benz 230k in a sports coupe... (the interior/engine are benz) and since no one is buying them, you could probably get it for a steal.

    I think this is something they should have known about when I first gave them details about my site but ohh well. I am sure they all say it's no problem at first just to land the contract.

    My site requires at least 4-5 gigs of space and bandwith must not be an issues concidering all the streaming and downloads that are done. Personalized e-mails are a must.

    We are also looking for a FLASH specialist to maintain and edit our site. Someone local would be great.

    Any suggestions?

    I don't really see spending all the money on this shit with all the problems we have down here. The only reason would be to get some sort of return on this space and Mars exploration. I think there may be many valuable minerals and recourses on Mars. Perhaps they are looking for them?

    I spent a lot of time in SoBe, and it's nice, but I wouldn't want to live there. Too many tourists for me. The upside is that, unlike the rest of SoFla, you don't need a car. I guess it all depends on your lifestyle though. SoBe is great if you want to get a job as a cocktail waitress, go to after-hours every night, and stumble home. I've also spend time in Kendall because my ex lived there. Nice little community, but not the place for a young New Yorker. I'll let you know what I think of Ft. Lauderdale once I get settled.

    if you like the burbs then move to Weston, Plantation(west of University Dr.), Davie, Cooper City or the sawgrass area of Sun Rise.

    Hollywood and down town Ft. Lauderdale have more action and are close to the beach.

    by the way 75% of Browards new residents are from Dade.
