    lee cleared the club by 3am cause the music was too experimental for miami + paul van dyk was playing the same day at the old space. If you expected him to play happy nyc diva/gay house/or nyc tribal /hard house or more classic sounding house off course its not going to be your taste + your'e not going to enjoy yourself. To some people who love filthy twisted house & techouse, breaks, and different types of progressive not really played here in miami...the night at spin was great. And we can't wait for him to be back. And by the way, who said a dj. clearing a dancefloor makes him a bad dj. What was bad that day was no. 1. the crowd(not educated enough for his style..breaks etc..)

    2. the venue (not apt for his style..even though he can destroy any main room...its not really what he plays best)

    3. the booker for booking him on that date, club etc..

    That exact same set at many other cities would have been on the spot if not perfect.

    Nerve is definitely the most apt place for his sound since he started playing Miami. I'm sure he didn't enjoy playing here that much in the past since his sound is not really Crobar, Spin,etc.. material. Small, personal dancefloor + the sound at Nerve will problably inspire him much more (plus a crowd toatally up for it off course!) So come support basically the best dj in the planet. You won't be dissapointed.

    Thanks to everyone who showed up. What an increidible night. Nerve had such a good vibe that I didn't wan't to leave at 3:30 for my gig at Space. Demi tor the roof! Twisted proggy spacey techhouse at it's best. Definitely plays a distiinct sound....very good indeed.

    If your'e still up and going tonight....check out Luna.

    If your'e into quality house music, come by luna this and every Sat. You won'b be dissapointed!!!

    Luna hosts a different dj guest almost every Sat.

    Tomorrow I'll be spinning a 3 hrs set from around 12-3 followed by residents Cianci & Avila.

    Saturday after that will be increidible... with some of South America's best talent.

    Iv'e also had some of my most memorable moments at gigs in Mexico City, Aruba, & Venezuela. Really looking forward to play Colombia in the near future. Venezuela's scene is very particular... people are mostly into beats...by that I mean only house, tech house,techno, breaks, & drum & base. I can relate it more with Brazil's scene instead of Argentina's, Uruguay's, or Colombia's where trance and progressive did hit big. People like their beats hard and raw, underground sounding stuff. No girly vocals or coldplay typa' stuff. Love playing there. Whenever the unfortunate political situaltion is over in Venezuela, and foreign investment returns, you will see how it will become a major player in South America's scene in the future years. Colombia's scene is very extense and has a longer history than Venezuela's. Mexicos scene also dates back more than 10 years with large festivals like Acafest hosting the best dj.s the planet. And that's the story in most countries already in Central and South America. The biggest Dj's all travel down there to play. Its fresh, new, not as commercialized, and people are not complaining about stupid sh#t.....they just want good music. Its heaven!!

    to be honest.....ive heard that loop being used a bunch of time in all types of records....so christan h. probably did steal it from someone too.... both tracks are cool... "into your mind" was a track that I used to love when it first came out. I played it every chance I could.
