GREAT!! sound system

I know this is a bit late (I have been away from my computer) but does anyone know why Grooverider played for less than an hour? We waited for over three hours of terrible MC's (Except for SS) and that was it. BTW - The sound system in Spirit was unbelievable! Drinks we bouncing and rattling of the speakers. But crystal clear. Which is saying something for the the types of beats coming through.

Does anyone have any suggestions after S&D? I know there is Arc but Danny is out of town in Miami. Any other thoughts? Thanks

Yes, but when in NYC who really spends much time in their hotel room? And it has a lot to offer. (No, I do not work there) But have stayed many times.

Any one have some recommendations? All styles, except rap & hip hop. Just picked up DJ Dan's Round Trip. It's ok. Side 2 saves the compilation.

When I was last there someone intentionally pushed me as we passed entering the bathroom and then ran into the crowd. Then as we were leavinng I went to put my shirt back on (tank top underneath) to find someone had pressed their gum in it. But otherwise we had a great time! (seriously)

The mercury is nice but a little pricey. If you are on a budget the San Juan is decent (last time there I stayed it was less than $100) Be sure to have a drink at the Rose Bar in the Delano across the St. from the San Juan

Put out a CD like Airdrawndagger (5 years in the making) and you will see fewer people show up
