yup when Victor Calderone and James Anderson rotated I went every week, but then things changed. After Marc Berkley left too his whole cool crowd left.
But its an end of an era it will be interesting to see what the gays come up with next with Junior coming to an end also.

he will always be around at some level. his crowd has been ?? lately and its a combination of many things, but who has the energy to reinvent at that age. We all had known Junior as that place we can go weekly whenever we wanted. We would see our friends and familiar faces. We lost that years ago now. The last weekly at Earth has been almost 5 years now. Hopefully the gays can wake up and see that everything we had is dwindling away. Roxy is on its last days as well. But there is new energies out there and its just a matter of time before they will blossom. First we had Paradise, then Sound Factory, then Twilo... what will be next?

NYU and Rikers has more drugs than CROBAR or any other club. If they get stuff past cops at Rikers how do they expect a nightclub to be a 100% effective. Where there is a will there is a way. And didn't that girl get abducted after leaving a NYPD impound lot.

But my ears rang during 12 hours of the crap sound system @Crobar. Can't they afford a sound engineer???
AMEN! I hate when clubs take take take. Remember when places like Twilo always put the money back into the sound and the lighting. It always evolved. Crobar started with a fierce system and the last few times I've been there I've noticed like where the sound engineers go?? OMG MY EARS when anything treble went through.

time for SIRIUS they gotz AREA 33 which broadcasts Radio 1 gotz Pete Tong, Judge Jules, etc. on the weekend Swedish Egil groove radio also plays on the weekends

Isn't it better to stagger parties. I enjoy going out after 4am because there is more parking, less crowds, less drunks on the street bothering you, and less traffic. I get to sleep all night and be rested up to dance until the afternoon.

The bouncers at Crobar suck they got the same scams going on as Exit and same with Pacha they were giving us the nutsack and ass crack check. I don't need these guys fondling me or ripping me off just so i can hear Victor Calderone or Junior Vasquez. These clubs need to get control of their staff.

The crowd is about the same as Victor Calderone's crowd, not much difference but of course Junior Vasquez is a major icon/role model in the gay community so there would be more in attendance, and most of them are all about the music, than worrying about what butthole, penis, vagina, or breast to dive into........But when it comes to Junior's parties anything goes and all is welcomed......
Ya most are there to worship Junior so I wouldn't worry about the usual gay stuff like you would have to at Roxy.

SIRIUS! AREA 33 very good Progressive House/Trance channel also broadcasts on fridays and saturdays RADIO 1 from BBC and GROOVE RADIO with Swedish Egil and then on Saturday night into sunday morning afterhours is INVASION which is different DJs sets each hour.
They have a Breakbeat channel and really good Disco channel called the STROBE and then The BEAT which is like KTU.

it has gotten ridiculous saturday night just driving to midtown tunnel there was lots of people outside a hip hop club and double parked and blocking the whole road from everyone and the idiots just get out of the car and say there hellos to everyone on the street while everyone is sitting there waiting. funny thing is no one dared honked their horn.
