GRAMMYS DO DANCE On Tuesday 21st September, the New York Chapter of the Recording Academy & BPM Magazine along with AOL Music will host a night of electronic and dance music to celebrate the addition of the 'Best Electronic/Dance Album' category to the 47th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Thankfully, electronic artists now have a welcome home in the music industry's most widely respected organisation, which has recognised such talents as U2, Coldplay, Aretha Franklin, Prince and Aerosmith. On this date Paul van Dyk, Sasha and David Morales will feature amongst the many lined up. The event will take place at Crobar Nightclub, NYC from 10pm. This is a free event with RSVP and there will be no general entrance or admission with press and media welcome. "It is an honour and a privilege to be involved in such an event, which celebrates the recognition of 'Electronic/Dance Music' as an official category for the GRAMMYs", says Paul van Dyk, "The occasion marks a revolutionary step for our music genre and I am thrilled to take part in such a historic moment."
