  14. Stacked and Bus- Complety agree 100% on the flat bench. There is way to much front delt and even back involved, not enough isolation. I do it every few weeks for ego and to keep up the strength. Incline works the chest much better. Of late i have been burning out with incline pushups as soon as a I finish my last set of incline BP press. It is very good burn. BTW- All of this iron brother talk, makes me want to leave work right now and get to the gym. GOD do i love the sound of plates clashing.

  16. Stacked just a suggestion..............throw a tbsp of flat seed oil in with your late night protein shake. Slow's down the digestion rate of the protein. Like time released protein throughout the night.

  18. Bus- at 9:45 in the morning Turkey and rice is impressive. I myself just got my second meal in today. Bring my total protein to 110grams already today. Stacked- Slept through morning cardio today! This is unacceptable. I think i need a wake up service.
