Had a great time, but no for the other thing.

So last night decided not to be a couch potato and head out. I know with the wicked lineups set for this weekend heading out tonight might have not been the smart thing to do, but sometimes you just gotta say "what the f***". I call one of my buds, and head out to life for the 80's night. Get in front of the door and "damn" that girl barbie is just bodacious. Wow and on top of looking that good, she was really nice and even comped me even though was not on the list. I get in the club and well kinda blows that there were not as many people there as last week. No biggy though as I go to the 80's room and the room is full of amazing chicks. The music was awesome and the vibe their was fresh. Definately something different then what I'm used to in terms of clubbing. Classics played all night and the people were loving it and everybody was having a blast dancing and singing along to their favorite oldies. Ladies were dressed up very funky and in the 80's style. As for the decoration and the rest of that stuff, very cool. You guys definately brought back some great memories of playing with that fish game, operation, and though did not get to see anybody playing the twister we did not hesitate to ask some women to play with us, but they were already drunk being ladies night and all so they were not up for a messed up game of twister. All in all this is a great party, that you won't find anywhere else in miami and I will try and make this a weekly party for myself and my group as the two of us that went enjoyed ourselves, only complaint was that the crowd was not large enough but it was not bad as there were enough people and the ladies outnumbered the man which is always a plus. Biz,eddy, and the rest of the gang involved in this good luck hope it works out well. Next up danny howells, then playboy party, and finally for the weekend sander k and roland (whose cd im waiting patiently to get a hold of that day).

Oscar u right about these space threads, they just all turning into classic drama threads that go on and on. Some funny ass shit in there all in all maze and space are both promoting the hell out of each other with this stuff. Saleen, I see you making it in only cause I've seen a couple of instances where it would not be too hard to get in without being noticed. Unless every single bouncer over there knows you should not be too hard. No disguise necassary. ANyways I think it would be cool to see and if he makes it I'd love to read that official review. Probably saleen's best night at space.

:laugh: Damn maybe I should have stuck around but i was there from 1230 till about 130 maybe 2 and i just could not anymore, did not enjoy it and did not see any of that kind of crazy stuff. Damn y did the fun have to start after I leave.

First time I did not have fun at space. I guess im not really into disco music, I know i should have stuck around for the 80's since i love my 80's music but i could not deal with the the 70's and left half an hour after getting there. Props to them for the decoration though, had the place decorated with memorabilia from rocky, saturday night fever and much more. Loved the decoration, the outfits some people wore, but i hate disco. No more disco at space please, but an all 80's night im down for which is why wednesday night probably gonna check out life. Love the 1985 idea. By the way did more people show up as the night went on, did not look 2 packed when i left, around 2 in morning.

Well I got there at 12:00 and I saw a huge crowd in front of the door. When this happens since I'm kinda skinny,lol I just walk through the line and tell everybody excuse me. Most are dicks and don't, but hey somehow I got to the front of the hurdle. After maybe 5 minutes of being there I finally talked to the lady with the list and she said to hold on the list will be open all night and not to worry. I looked around and let me tell you 3/4 of the people had either physical invitations or were on the list. I waited another 2 minutes and she let me in and got my crew who were all the way in the back still in. VEry nice and cool lady, I think her name was Barbie so if she is on cp thank you for last night cause compared to most other people made it rather quick. Damn all that talk b4 I even get in club. Now I get in the club and so many familiar faces. DOn't really know anybody on here from cp, but I can definately recognize some just don't know who they are from the board. I did see biz, spacious, and even the valet guys from space, but that doesn't mean they own it or anything cause I saw many from crobars staff, some dancers from pearl and tantra. Just pretty much everybody from the industry. Vibe in there was great. House room, og was rocking it and at one point he passed an old school freestyle song and a little circle started and a couple people were breakdancing, all the guys looked like crap doing it except for this one girl who really rocked it. The hip hop room, while not my music the rest of the crew wanted to spend time in there, but I can't complain the women in there were plentiful and quality. Good crowd all over. THe terrace is my favorite part of the club though, nice lil cozy spot to relax and just be able to really talk to others. Some nice lil dancing was going on there with the drummmers, but really just a chill out spot. Life definately has a great vibe in there and has potential, but how is it gonna be every wednesday night, I was actually looking forward to 1985 in there last night, but music wise everything was modern day so wondering if it will stay that way.
