I hear internet dating is a good source of getting to know people with similar interest that you might have (example electronic music). A lot of my friends tell me that its great cause you don't have to deal with the whole bar scene or the club kids that you never know might be real with you unless you know them out of the club. I would suggust this board called friendster cause there are a lot of young professionals are there, if not, clubplanet is always a good source.

if you get the chance, go to rome for a little party hoppin. i used to live in rome and know of a couple alright clubs there. check up on alien, goa (timo mass usually spins there), and akab. akab is more of a small club but it plays great tribal on sat. its located in an area called testacchio where there are several small clubs in one street. if your looking for the typical american bar scene try going to plaza nevona
