For the record I don't think spamming is an invasion of privacy. However! When you're channel surfing you are the one who decides what channel to turn to. Think of it this way: suppose your television is tuned to channel 11 and then BAM! suddenly you're tuned to UPN (*gasp*). Why do I have to take the effort to change the channel/delete for something I didn't ask for?

Ok, let's talk about modern day records... Of course nobody will ever touch Cy's 500 wins. But, that was a different era. To be honest, I think Nolan's SO record can be approached. Pitchers like Roger Clemens and Randy Johnson are still throwing hard into their 40's...Neither one of them won't break the record but if Kerry Wood or someone like him can stay healthy enough throughout their careers and pitch well into their 40's, it can be broken.
