    He definitly played alot harder than usual i tohought it was a really good set ...as for the crowd holy shit people need to take a fuckin shower before going out the body order was so disgusting i almost threw up. As for the sound spirit def got a great sound system i would much rather of seen him at crobar again but it was still a really good night.

    seriously....they never heard of deoderant?!

    the AC was on full-blast and the cold water wasn't turned on in the bathroom sink.

    i had an okay time.....i've had better times w/ him before.

    Yeah! Myspace is way better than Friendster... but I like how Friendster notifies u when it automatically finds people who are already connected to you thru others though. Goes to show how small the world is! I don't think Myspace does that, right?

    really it does? i never knew that. i hardly go on those sites unless i've been notified that someone wants to add me as their friend. im always too busy browsing CP. haha

    are you going out tomorrow night? how about you brandon? im thinking about going to liebing. lemme know.

    Sooo I just started tanning at Hollywood and I don't want my face to get tan becuase I dont want nasty wrinkles!!! Can you use regular sun screen in the standing tan booths??? I heard no.

    yeh im thinking about going to hollywood tans since its right by my house. i want to get a good base before i go to WMC. i only have 2 weeks to tan, is that enough time to get a base? how often should i tan within this two weeks? i've never been to a tanning salon before. i just dont want to turn orangish/reddish. i usually tan pretty well in the summer with spf 8.

    OMFG, yeah really if you are at a Club and you just have to take a shit..............dude the bathroom lady has Baby Wipes!!!

    I myself keep Baby Wipes very nearby at my house!!!!

    Also when I get home from a night and day of partying, and im going to :clearsthroat: do the nasty.....I always take a shower first, cause I myself would not go near me and I would never want to put anyone through that......besides the fact that when you're fucked up you're sense of smell is shot!!!!

    Another thing dont these girls smell themselves or even if you have that smell naturally man I would not let anyone go near me unless I was just out of the shower ???

    Exactly. I've been w/ my bf for more than three years and we always shower before doing the nasty. Who would want to go down on anyone after sweating bullets from a club?! I don't even want to go to bed dirty like that.

    i had THE best time in Cancun last your. We did practically everything there. We partied, went on the tours, and roasted in the sun.

    The clubs:

    Coco Bongos is more of a tourist-type-of thing to do. They have ppl dressed up as Madonna, Beetlejuice, Michael Jackson, etc performing.

    I went to La Boom on two different nights. It was more packed, obviously, on Bikini Contest night. They play edm there.

    Glazz is more of a lounge which also had edm.

    Ultra Lounge is an after hours 'club'. We left there around 7AM and the place was still packed. I had the most fun at La Boom and Ultra Lounge.

    Now the tours...definitely check out Chichen Itza. The 2 1/2 hour (one-way) bus ride is well worth it. You'll never see mayan temples and sinkholes like this anywhere. O yeh, definitely climb up to the top of the ruin. Unfortunately, I'm scared of heights so I only went half way up. I sat on the steps one by one as I came down. hahaha. If you have CamelPack ,or something like it, bring it!! I went in July so it was HOT like Africa.

    I also went on the Tulum/Xel-Ha tour. Tulum is the only mayan city by the shore. Xel-Ha is an ecopark where you snorkel and swim w/ the dolphins.

    The Jungle wave runner tour was also fun. It's a two-seater, 3-speed boat that you go on. You and about four other boats head out in a line. The guide takes you thru mangroves and into the ocean. You dock your boats in the middle of the ocean and jump into the water to snorkel.

    I wanted to do the cave diving but the tour guide said that was no longer available because of some freak accident that happened. Suppsedly some stalagcites fell on a family and crushed them to death in the water.

    Hmm..what else...take the bus instead of a cab. The bus is only 60 cents/6 pesos. You can drink/smoke on the bus. We took the bus to the clubs, into the city to shop, and Wal-Mart. lol

    We just had an awesome time there. The water was clean and blue. It didn't rain even though it said it would. We met great ppl there. You'll see a lot of crazy shit at the clubs. This fat chick started lifting up her skirt on the stage @ La Boom. Then she had three different guys doing body shots on her at the bar and sucking on her tits. We also saw a guy (obviously not from Mexico) making out w/ a Meximan. We saw a lot of he/shes there...don't be fooled, unless you're into that kinda thing.

    Yeh also bring your own stuff if you can. Someone sold us fake shit. My bf put it in his mouth and said that shit tasted like crayola. lmao

    I'm definitely going to Tiesto. I've seen him before in NYC back in 2001 and I didn't like him too much. I really like his CDs so i'll give him another try in Miami.

    AvB, Ferry, PVD @ Space is a MAYBE. I know I'll be seeing them at Ultra and honestly, I don't really want to spend my whole time down there @ Space/Spin. It isn't like I've never seen these three DJs before. I see them every year in nyc so I would like to do something different down in Miami. Altho, Ferry is my loooove. We'll see what happens. Oh yeh, and I'm also going to Radio 1.

    I have friend's coming from Texas and they've never been so they'll basically be doing whatever I have planned. It just seems like there's so much to do and I don't know which ones to go to. Do you have any suggestions?

    1st time seein Markus & nuNRG and LOVED them...esp Markus!

    Got there at 11:30 and Jason Jollins was already spinnin some nice nice tunes...I'd say prog trance/house? I was tellin everyone his set reminded me of SASHA...nice chill and funkeh tunes...was wondering if he was gonna upstage Markus...lol...very good track selection... I highly recommend him if you like prog :rock:

    Was dancin to JJ's set and chatting with everyone up in the booth and asked some guy "Hey, you havin a good time?" "Yeah" he says... I said "What's your name? I'm Kim..." "Markus." "Oh! lol...it's a pleasure to meet ya!" Then Jason passed it over to Markus and WOW...blew me away... I musta looked like I had so much fun dancin up there bc I got pulled into the DJ booth to get some pics taken. Of course, good tunes make me move and I loved them. Yes, I was the crazy stupid girl dancin and boppin my head behind Markus. Thanks to everyone for the descriptions of his style! Truly melodic and uplifting without being cheezy like the trance I was getting tired of...i.e. anthem/epic trance. I almost forgot how good trance can be. Hit the floor and Markus spun trance WITH BREAKBEATS!!!! Ackkhhhh... I was LOVIN it...how often do you hear that?!? :bounce::bounce: Rest of the set involved close-your-eyes-and-get-down moments. Def a DJ I'd check out again. I believe he's spinnin @ Ultra too.

    NuNRG was the rapid-fire, energetic tunes everyone described as well...really enjoyed their live performance too. They looked like they were havin a blast. For some reason, I can't really describe their tunes...all I know is that I liked them as well, danced like a nut, and would check them out again. I think they're spinnin @ Ultra as well?

    Markus came back on and dropped some mega heavy-basslined material that sounded awesome on Spirit's system...it was a lil techno? Anyway, all in all, the floor was packed...everyone was on the floor dancin havin a good time and not on the balcony ;)

    Sorry i didn't make it last friday. Will i be seeing you down in Miami?! I just got my Ultra tickets from Satellite last week. i can't wait!!! one more month!

    I saw Tiesto twice back in 2001/2002 and i thought he was just okay. His events are just way too crowded so I never attended any of them after that. Why be stuck in a club like a can of sardines when he really doesn't do it for me?! But it's been awhile...i'm willing to give it another shot so ill be checking him out at the WMC.

    as much as ppl (even my close friends) bash on trance lovers, i love trance and i still do, but Ferry Corsten always hits my spot...no one else can. :wink:
